They ALL were there to make sure Toni was no longer a liability to their “network”…Ficken, Kimmel, Romine and especially FBI boy Major Kevin Freeman who was a major player in all of this and they all knew May and worked with him to deal with Toni Anderson.

Major Kevin Freeman joined the North Kansas City Police Department in 1997. During his career, he has served as patrol officer, detective and a member of the special incident team. Major Freeman was promoted to sergeant in 2003 and worked in the Patrol Division including serving as administrative sergeant in 2009. In 2011 Kevin was promoted to division commander over the Investigations Division.
(He is currently serving as the commander of the Patrol Division and was/is when Toni was stopped a 2d time, abducted and murdered by his rogue NKCPD brothers in blue as well as helped and worked with the local KC FBI and KCPD to prepare the script (taking 3 days) to prepare the lies about her murder as released in the media!)

No sticker on Ton’s car is seen because it was removed when it was towed to either Ficken’s house in PARKVILLE or a cave or tow lot after they stopped her the SECOND TIME by those seen in video following her.
No license plate to hide her car’s ID when being towed to and put in the Missouri River at the SAME SPOT the Missouri Hwy Patrol had searched and found only a SUV thinking that spot would never be searched again. And what about the SUV? Who’s was it? Part of what happened to Toni??
Seen are footprints on the hood of Toni’s car leading to the smashed windshield and by either Ficken or one of his homies who stopped her THE SECOND TIME?
And the DENT on the side of her car that looked like she was “hit” by another vehicle which was the result of her being “pinned” by one of their vehicles because she tried to get away.
Her window was seen down not because she was trying to get out when it slid down a icy boat ramp but because it was down because she was violently ripped her car (like NCKPD rogue cops did to another women in North Kansas City see below).
Her her car was IMMEDIATELY dragged out of the river and removed by a tow truck…TO HIDE EVIDENCE OF FOUL PLAY breaking the THE LAW about removal of vehicle at a crime scene…oh wait…KCPD knew from the beginning to end there was “NO FOUL PLAY”!

These are the North Kansas City Cops I believe were involved in the abduction, rape and murder of Toni Anderson. I also believe there are more from NKCPD and possibly Parkville but for now…I am putting the light on the following with their history of violent and out of control abuse of men and women as well as breaking the law and who have been protected by the FBI to this day.
The first officer I believe was involved is Gary W. Ficken. Next is officer is Christopher Kimmel. The other was night shift sergeant is Patrick Romine with Chief Beamer in the know in the beginning.

Here is a small history of this “domestic terrorist rouge cop” of violent and abusive behaviour toward women and men. He has a history of tasering men and women. He is a documented whore monger who goes after married women and he bragged about “choking out” a man who he had handcuffed and laughing about it!
He had a affair with a nurse at the North Kansas City Hospital (see below). Also…he was a customer of Chrome where Toni worked according to her friends there.
- Ficken was involved in the violent tasering of a woman named Angela M.Roberts at North Kansas City hospital. She was brutally and forcefully subdued, then put into the back of a NKCPD vehicle by a cop and a hospital security officer vehicle handcuffed and tased at least 6 times until she passed out. After that she remembered nothing. NCKPD was sued and a settlement/agreement was reached. Ficken was working security that night at that time at the hospital.
- Ficken was involved in another law suit where he unnecessarily conducted a criminal background check on the husband of a woman with whom he was having an affair. Timothy Gilliam is suing the officer, Gary W. Ficken Jr.; the city of North Kansas City; its police department; and Police Chief Glenn L. Ladd in U.S. District Court in Kansas City.
- Ficken is involved in another law suit. The suit alleges three separate counts of excessive force, two counts of failure to protect constitutional rights, and individual counts of wrongful arrest and conspiracy. He was involved in the brutal beating of Michael Stewart the defendant who he also chocked out while Stewart was handcuffed and laughed about it.
- Ficken lives up the road from the park and boat ramp (SEE BELOW) where Toni had her “accident” right near where she was found.
- Ficken with a “Brother in Blue” brutally pulled a young woman out of her drivers side window during a “traffic stop” on 10/16/2016 in North Kansas City. She ended up with bruises and cuts all over her body. She was lucky that her mother was listening to this and that the cops knew this otherwise she might have ended up like Toni. She was charged with bogus charges of course.

Being Ficken lived in Parkville her was familiar with all the “short cuts” to his home. Her car could of been taken to the Parkville tow company and stored there or in Ficken’s garage until later or… she was “choked out” by Ficken…tasered etc…pulled out the open window and placed back placed in her car DEAD!
Don’t forget video shows that before she texted Roxy Townsend and said “OMG..just just stopped again”…she was followed by the 2-3 NKCPD cops / vehicles. That text was what put these bastards on the map! If not for that…nothing would of ever been said by KCPD! (Read below how Toni being stopped was automatically recorded and shared with ALL LE using the in place systems per KC, the state of Missouri and the FBI!
My gut says given Toni’s car was not found with her in it in 4 previous searches by Missouri Hwy Patrol as stated by KCPD Capt. Stacey Graves to news reporter Becky Webster because it was not there. Toni’s car was found in 2 hours by Watters Team Sonar which for me means that she and her car could very well have been placed there later as some of speculated.
This implies that Toni was abducted and therefore was could of been alive longer and possibly at Ficken’s house and if there…this Feral Beast In Blue would have raped and brutalized her and would have if given the time the night he stopped her allowed him to do that. (Or who knows…..she might still be there or “trafficked” given there was an “ID of her body before any autopsy or confirmation by anyone other then the KCPD based upon ONLY her clothes which she was “in” when found). No DNA identification before the announcement of the body being Toni’s by KCPD. And if her body was in the water for 2 months then how easy would it be to ID her? Unless that is…they KNEW it was her ahead of time.
KCPD contacted her parents and coached them with their stating it was her before she was “officially ID’d” based upon “her clothes”. They also emphasized to her parents which they repeated to the media that there were “no signs of foul play…no signs of trauma…no signs of a struggle”. Plus she looked like she was going to school with her books there. When you decode this based upon the first KCPD reports about Toni to the end…”no foul play and just missing”…means there was foul play, there was a struggle in which Toni fought those who murdered her which left signs of trauma on her body which is why NO SECOND AUTOPSY AND KCPD TALKED PARENTS INTO “CREMATION!”
The not yet released toxicology report has to state that Toni was under the influence of some kind of drug to justify and support their script to hide their “Murder Of Toni Anderson Behind The Blue Line”
So Toni was either murdered the night she was stopped or later by Ficken and his brotherood because she did not slide down a boat ramp by herself because she was “frazzeled…or on drugs..or playing pokeman or met up with a drug dealer etc etc etc. ALL LIES to protect the guilty.

The other two NKCPD officers that I believe were involved were…
NKCPD Officer Christopher Kimmel and night shift sergeant Patrick Romine and who were working with Ficken the night when Toni was stopped a SECOND TIME. Sgt Caldwell of the KCPD stated that Toni disconnected her GPS at the Quick Trip and her cell phone went dead never to be heard from again.
History wise…Both Kimmel and Romine with Ficken are part of a brutal assault as found in the law suit listed above.
Enough said about the “Brothers in Blue” who swear to protect one another even in cases where they are guilty of MURDER!

The guide, which details the process by which the FBI enters individuals on a terrorism watchlist, the Known or Suspected Terrorist File, notes that “domestic terrorism investigations focused on militia extremists, white supremacist extremists, and sovereign citizen extremists often have identified active links to law enforcement officers,” and explains in some detail how bureau policies have been crafted to take this infiltration into account.
This infiltration includes covert supremacist operatives called “ghost skins” who the FBI guide states are encouraged and trained to “blend in” to regular society without displaying their real views while advancing the goals of supremacists and also that they have implemented a strategy of protecting these investigations from discovery by specific officers who actually been added to the terrorist watch list by hiding that information within the NCIC and other national crime databases from them.
According to the Guide, the FBI has the option to mark a watch listed police officer as a “silent hit,” thus preventing queries to the National Crime Information Center, a clearinghouse for crime data accessible to law enforcement agencies nationwide, from returning a record that identifies the officer as having been flagged as a known or suspected terrorist. The document states that a “specific, narrowly defined, and legitimate operational justification” must be given in order to mark a Known or Suspected Terrorist (KST) entry as a silent hit. The suspect’s membership or affiliation with a law enforcement or military agency with access to the NCIC database is one of the specific justifications listed, implying that extremist infiltration is enough of a concern that the FBI has built-in protocols to prevent domestic terrorism investigations from being obstructed by members of law enforcement.
Domestic terrorism is the unlawful use, or threatened use, of force or violence by a group or individual based and operating entirely within the United States or Puerto Rico without foreign direction committed against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof in furtherance of political or social objectives.
The FBI Divides Terrorist-Related Activities into Two Categories:
- A terrorist incident is a violent act or an act dangerous to human life, in violation of the criminal laws of the United States, or of any state, to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.
- A terrorism prevention is a documented instance in which a violent act by a known or suspected terrorist group or individual with the means and a proven propensity for violence is successfully interdicted through investigative activity.
Note: The FBI investigates terrorism-related matters without regard to race, religion, national origin, or gender. Reference to individual members of any political, ethnic, or religious group in this report is not meant to imply that all members of that group are terrorists. Terrorists represent a small criminal minority in any larger social context
Under current United States law, set forth in the USA PATRIOT Act, acts of domestic terrorism are those which: “(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended – (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.”[2] [3]

Just remember the very FIRST LIE by KCPD saying they had no knowledge of Toni Anderson being stopped by Law Enforcement.
Let it be understood that they did know that Toni Anderson was stopped by NKCPD because of the in place law enforcement computer systems starting first with the ALERTS system which is a local Kansas City system connected to all the local departments including NKCPD.
Then there is the MULES system which is controlled by the Missouri Highway Patrol and it’s a State wide computer network.
Then there is the NCIC is the National Crime computer controlled by the FBI and Department of Justice.
They are all NETWORKED so when her plate was called in during the first stop…it was on record with KCPD and the FBI!
The reason why KCPD took the 3 days to come clean about NKCPD was to prepare and put in place publicly the script with the and alterations of information about what happened to Toni as well as withholding of any and all video information which was IMMEDIATELY locked down by KCPD immediately when they went public with their Liar In Blue KCPD Sgt. Ben Caldwell disseminating in the media the untruths and fabrications.
It is video documented she was followed into the QUICK TRIP by NKCPD cops and and that they followed her out which is why she circled it over and over (and NOT because she was playing “Pokeman”). She was scared I believe because of what the NKCPD cops said to her the FIRST TIME when he talked with for SEVEN MINUTES! No wonder no “dash cam release”!
Her car was found by an “act of God” through Watters Team Sonar. Missouri who found her car in 2 hours upon arrival at the same spot KCPD said they had searched. MO Hwy Patrol searched the same area at least 4 times and only the SUV was noted but not recovered.
But… most important was to use a tow truck for quick removal rather then a flat bed per “crime scene” so that the media or anyone else would not see the foot prints on her hood leading to the smashed in win-shield!
ALL CRIME SCENE REMOVALS BY LE include a vehicle NEVER being dragged but pulled up…vertically so as to keep in tact any and all evidence of a “crime scene” but not with Toni’s car. With the “accident script” in place using the 3 day wait, they had to make sure her car was removed by dragging it out of the river so as to destroy any possible evidence that pointed to a “crime”.
By the way…her car was “TOWED” by a company that does business with KCPD!
One last thing…I called the attorney that represents these rogue NKCPD cops and asked him for the names of the cops who beat and tazed a woman who won a law suit just to put him on notice and that I want YOU the readers know who this “Protector of Murderers in Blue” is…say David S. Baker.

Were you in one of the 2-3 vehicles with FICKEN that followed Toni Anderson as shown in video and stopped her the second time? Rumor has it you are a customer of Chrome’s where she worked and who may have set her up or let your ‘brothers” know she was “on her way”.
One thing for sure which turned out to be a major problem is that you and the “domestic terrorists” in Blue under your command had no idea that when they/you stopped her the 2d time that she sent that last communication/text to her friend Roxy Townsend stating “OH MY GOD…just JUST stopped AGAIN!” This is why you waited 3 days to announce she was stopped by those “domestic terrorists in Blue” under your command so you could write the “no foul play” script with the help of the local FBI who has a history of criminal cover-ups by the “Domestic Terrorist Organization” you and Chief Steven E. Beamer represent.

You may appear to get away with this crime in the eyes of man in the realms of time because of those like you in the brotherhood in the judicial system/FBI etc. who believe the same lie of Satan as did Cain did before he murdered his brother Able that the devil “has your back”. Just a reminder for you to know is that Cain did not know that Able’s blood would cry from the ground to be heard by Almighty God even as Toni’s cries have been heard by Him.
Even as God cursed Cain so are you cursed with that same curse in eternity.
