July 15 UPDATE! MURDER SOLVED AND WHY!
Toni Anderson was murdered because she “saw something” and needed to be “taken care of”.
The something is DRUGS! Big time!
Rusty May…AKA Charles Russell Hopkins IS the major player in her abduction and death! Suffice it to say…May was working with and still does…the cartels to bring drugs into this country using the importing of “machinery parts”. Cocaine from Guatamala and heroin from the middle east. Ben Caldwell mocked and cussed out a woman who asked about this and he said “The Missouri Sun Shine Law” will protect them FOREVER in spite of the “No Foul Play” statements made from when she was first missing to when found. This case will “never be closed” and these “Murderers in Blue” will continue to do what they do best!
Caldwell also confessed to another LIE…that when found Toni was wearing BLUE JEANS! Fact is…she was wearing sweats with a MU tiger logo on them! Sounds like another “KCPD LIE” exposed and they put those clothes on her after she was dead and placed in her car.
That is why “they” convinced Toni’s parents there was no need for a 2d autopsy and that immediate cremation was in the best interest of “closure” as well as to destroy the evidence on her body that was in the water for only 2 weeks that would show what really happened to her AKA “trauma, signs of a struggle, bruises, scratches etc”.
She did not drown. She did not turn onto the boat ramp and slide into the river. She did not die from drugs/cocaine/heroin in her system. “Jan 15th -Toni’s last text sent out to Roxy, “OMG just just got pulled over.”
Jan 16th -According to Fox4KC.com, KCPD Sgt Kari Thompson states, “we have no indication that she was pulled over by Kansas City, Mo., Police Department.” “We have also checked with other local agencies in Missouri as well as in kanas, and there is no indication that Toni Anderson was pulled over by local police.”
Jan 17th -Late Tuesday, KCPD issues a statement saying it was determined that the North Kansas Police Department did stop Toni Anderson prior to her disappearance.
Wife showed me the AMAP video. The next day I drove the area and we had a couple of people hand out flyers in the area in the afternoon.
We continued to search the North Kansas City area.
Then we got information from Brian and Liz – We talked about Toni’s phone being pinged from the NKC Quik Trip to Parkville via the 9 corridor. We discussed the cell tower that Toni’s phone locked on when it went off the grid.

Toni Anderson was called on her “day off” and asked to come to work. She did so even though not feeling well. It is well known that the Chrome bosses are connected to the “dark side” of humanity and that within the walls of their establishment women choose to be predatory objects on behalf of the demons that habitat Chrome. They represent the underbelly of Satan’s sexual darkness within the walls of Chrome. Fantasy sex is at a minimum a common denominator of each customer that walks through the door.
For some it is more. For them there is a vile filthy sadomasochism that is embedded in their souls and minds which contains the cruellest acts imaginable which are “visualized” with endless streaming of images of “Chrome type” women they see themselves administering the most defiled and abusive behaviour towards if given the opportunity. Say North Kansas City Police Officer Bill (William R.) Ficken and his “Brothers in Blue”. Their plan to hold and use Toni Anderson for their sadistic purposes came to a screeching halt when her “text” became public. Without that text to Roxy Townsend her friend…and the “Parkville Ping Location” Toni would more then likely still be alive as a “sex slave” in Ficken’s home in Parkville and forever remain “missing”.
I don’t care to hear that this was a “unintended” plan on their part…that they just wanted to simply stop and harass her when they initiated the “2d stop”. They just didn’t plan on the media exposure thanks to her “OMG…just just stopped again” text. Add to that the fact that Toni did not “obey” their commands and subject herself to what she sensed was on their minds when stopped the 2d time and so she took off in her car which they rammed and pinned and then brutally subdued her, removed her from her car and took her to Ficken’s house with her car being hidden either there in his garage or elsewhere.
Just to share a surface view of who Ficken really IS and his company of “domestic terrorist rouge cop” brothers and their violent abusive treatment of women and men in North Kansas City…here is a short incomplete history of his/their tasering men and women. Ficken is a documented whore monger who goes after married women. He bragged about “chocking out a man” that was handcuffed and laughing about it to that man’s wife! He had a affair with a nurse at the North Kansas City Hospital.
- Ficken was involved in the violent tasering of a woman named Angela M.Roberts at North Kansas City hospital. She was brutally and forcefully subdued, then put into the back of a NKCPD vehicle by a cop and a hospital security officer vehicle handcuffed and tased at least 6 times until she passed out. After that she remembered nothing. NCKPD was sued and a settlement/agreement was reached.
- Ficken was involved in another law suit where he unnecessarily conducted a criminal background check on the husband of a woman with whom he was having an affair. Timothy Gilliam is suing the officer, Gary W. Ficken Jr.; the city of North Kansas City; its police department; and Police Chief Glenn L. Ladd in U.S. District Court in Kansas City.
- Ficken is involved in another law suit. The suit alleges three separate counts of excessive force, two counts of failure to protect constitutional rights, and individual counts of wrongful arrest and conspiracy. He was involved in the brutal beating of Michael Stewart the defendant who he also chocked out while Stewart was handcuffed and laughed about it.
- Ficken lives up the road from the park and boat ramp (SEE BELOW) where Toni had her “accident”. .
- Ficken with a “Brother in Blue” brutally pulled a young woman out of her drivers side window during a “traffic stop” on 10/16/2016 in North Kansas City. She ended up with bruises and cuts all over her body. She was lucky that her mother was listening to this and that the cops knew this otherwise she might have ended up like Toni. She was charged with bogus charges of course.
- Other women have messaged me about this “666 Beast” and his “brothers” and how he abused them physically and verbally and I am sure…there are more.
- NKCP cops sexually harass as “sexual predators” nurses at North Kansas City Hospital.
What is also important to note is that Ficken’s house is in Parkville and in close proximity to the boat ramp where Toni and car were found. And just minutes away from the Quick Trip.

Toni Anderson was not a stupid woman. I am taking bets she did not have good encounters with NKCP cops at Chrome and with Ficken in particular. Her car and body was placed in the Missouri River within 2 weeks of Team Waters Sonar finding her in 2 hours upon arrival. That SAME SPOT according to KCPD liar on her way to hell and Nazi in Blue Capt. Stacy Graves was also searched by MO Hwy Patrol (4 times and did not see her car but did see a “SUV”). Toni’s car was placed next to it after KCPD searches “officially ended and estimated to be 2 weeks before found…not 2 months from an “accident”.
The other NKCPD criminals include NKCPD Officer Christopher Kimmel and night shift sergeant Patrick Romine and who I believe were on duty with Ficken and participated in the abduction of Toni and the moving of her car when she was stopped a SECOND TIME. They are mentioned in the brutality law suit listed in No. 3 above. Add to them Commander Kevin Freeman and the Chief. Add KCPD and the FBI all working together to cover-up the murder of Toni Anderson.
I am also taking bets they and other NKCPD rouge cops (KCPD also) were “frequent visitors” to Ficken’s house to partake of the opportunity to rape and brutalize Toni Anderson knowing that they…and ALL of the NKCPD cabal of domestic terrorists would never have to worry about being “outed by one of their own” let alone the FBI!!

Remember the FBI can hack into a cell phone (Say NKCPD phones) track, computers and GPS using a “Global GPS Positioning System” for tracking, cell phone information including calls by anyone like Toni Anderson and any rogue police that they are suspected of a crime.
This is what the FBI either did not do…or I believe DID with Toni’s phone but worked with KCPD to hide the information even though she was officially only “Missing” to the day she was found.

The KCPD narrative is saying that no foul play was involved in the death of Toni Anderson. But I believe that there is plenty of evidence to suggest otherwise. I’ve compiled a list of evidences surrounding the mysterious events that occurred in Toni’s disappearance on January 15th.
Evidence #1: KCPD admits to pulling over Toni around the time of her disappearance after initially lying about it. And there is reason to believe that Toni was also pulled over a SECOND time after filling up her gas and leaving QuikTrip. But of course, we won’t know the full truth cause the police won’t release any footage and are blocking the QT footage from being released.
Evidence #2: Some media sources are trying to spin that Toni was suicidal. Let’s be real here for a second. Who fills up their gas tank before committing suicide? And she was enrolled to start classes that following week. Not to mention that all her friends and coworkers seemed to think she was fine.
Evidence #3: Her GPS stops working shortly after she left QT and is presumably pulled over again from the message she had sent her friend.. There was also a tracker from the insurance company that emits a signal 24/7 and has to be manually disabled or removed. She would have no intention to do this and authorities are still determining if someone tampered with the device.
Evidence #4: Her bruise on her knee. The media are trying to spin it like she wildly flung her knee up, hitting and disabling her GPS at the same time. Yeah likely story. Bruises usually show a sign of struggle in most cases. But they still declare “No Foul Play.”
Evidence #5: Her search area from her phone pings. They said when they reviewed her search area that it seemed like she was just driving around and around trying to finding a way to get to the river, as if that was her intention. This is where it gets very very weird. They say that before she headed to the river, she went past the parks first. So let’s back up and play conspiracy theorist for a moment. Let’s say hypothetically that someone did kidnap her and wanted to hide what they did. They would first try to find a place to get rid of it. Well that certainly explains the erratic driving around. And they said that she slid down the ramp. Now, mind you, that this is no ordinary ramp. From a news article from the Missouri Department of Conservation website “On Nov. 25 2014 Platte Landing was presented a $450,000 check to Platte County officials to assist with the costs for a new boat launching ramp “ So this was a brand new ramp that was lengthy and unusually safe.
Evidence #6: This is a really small detail that I caught that the media was trying to dismiss. They said that when they found her car that her driver side window was down. Now how do you push a car in while outside of it and steer it at the same time? You would have to roll the driver’s side window down. Just a small observation that should not be overlooked.
Evidence #7: The Team Watters Sonar Search and Recovery Team from Illinois was hired by the Anderson family to search the Missouri River which authorities had already searched “extensively” for almost a month. They found her within two days. Another interesting plot twist is that they found her car wedged behind another SUV, which makes you wonder if this has been done before?And thank God for them hiring an outside source to help find her or who knows how long or if ever she would have been found.
Evidence #8: The last text that Toni sent to her best friend is in my opinion the biggest clue here by far.

Timeline of events, according to Kansas City police:
Around 4 a.m. Toni left Chrome
Approximately 4:20 a.m. an officer with the North Kansas City Police Department pulled Toni over
Approximately 4:33 a.m. family bank records show Toni had a declined transaction at the QuikTrip along 9 Highway
4:42 a.m. Toni sent a text to a friend that said, “I just got pulled over again.”
So she leaves her job at 4 AM and then is pulled over shortly after by a KCPD officer (WHO INITIALLY LIED AT FIRST) and is given a warning and let go. At approximately 4:33 AM she is seen at a QT and you know who else can be seen? The same cop who pulled her over. Why would a cop follow you and then watch you pump gas after letting you go? Very suspicious behavior in my opinion. And then a few minutes after she leaves QT she sends that final text to her best friend “Omg just got pulled over again” which would DEFINITELY imply that she was getting pulled over again in the same night before her disappearance. All coincidences? You decide.”
