Police say a 25-year-old woman was stabbed and killed by her boyfriend Friday morning. Police tell us the two were living in the victim’s grandmother’s home on Maiden Lane. The grandmother heard them arguing before she left the home around 2:30 a.m. to call police. When police arrived, they say the woman was already dead. Police arrested and charged 25-year-old Dishon Belgrave of Rochester with murder. Police officials said in a news conference held on Wednesday morning that SCMPD officers heard gunshots near the intersection of Jefferson Street and West St. Julian Street just after midnight. Police then overheard a second shooting around 12:30 a.m. near the intersection of Jefferson Street and Broughton Street. Two people sustained non-life-threatening injuries and one person sustained critical injuries but is in stable condition as a result of the Jefferson/W. Saint Julian Street shooting, and one subject sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the shooting at Jefferson and Broughton streets. SCMPD sent a tweet out at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday morning about the incident. Meanwhile, a downtown restaurant has identified one of the victim’s of last night’s violence as one of their own. (White) Granite Bay grandparents attacked by pack of trespassing dreadlocked delinquents in front of home in gated community  GRANITE BAY, Calif. — A Granite Bay couple was attacked by a group of teenagers as they returned home from their weekend date. Police said the grandparents were caught in the middle of a growing and dangerous trend. As they pulled into their gated community around 1 a.m. Sunday, Jerry and Tracy saw dozens of teenagers in the street, some were fighting. “I heard (our driver) yell out the window, ‘Knock it off or I’m gonna call the police,’” Jerry recalled. “I had 911 dialed on my phone, but I didn’t have it called,” he continued. “When I got out of the limo, one of the girls yelled out, ‘He’s calling 911. Kill him.‘” Jerry said by the time he looked up, a teen was charging at him. “I had my hands above my face, trying to deflect the punches,” he said. Jerry said four other boys then joined in, kicking him in the face. That’s when his wife Tracy jumped in. “I was pulling people off him left and right,” she said. Tracy even pulled out one of the attackers’ dreads. “There was tugging and pulling, and I have bruises all over,” Tracy said. “The final blow was the hit in the face that took me down.” By the time officers arrived, most of the teens drove away. Muhammad Hanifah, 20, was arrested in connection to the attack on charges of battery, making threats and trespassing. The couple said Hanifah was trying to drive away too, but told police before he got away. He was then taken into custody at the scene. Roseville police spokesperson Rob Baquera said the group that attacked Jerry and Tracy was in the neighborhood to crash a party at a nearby home. The couple said the party was thrown by a high school student. Deputies responded to a call reporting a shooting in the 1400 block of Caisson Drive, just off McArthur Road, at 12:42 a.m. The victim, 21-year-old Kyle Derrick McCarty of the address, was found on the floor inside the residence. There were two additional people in the residence at the time of the shooting, the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release. McCarty was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival. Officials are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Devine McLeod, Tre Montrel Parker, and Marcus Elliott. They are described as persons of interest in the investigation. Deputies: (Black) Pasco man killed (white live-in) girlfriend by stabbing her in face, neck, body   NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. — Deputies say a New Port Richey man killed his girlfriend by stabbing her on her face, neck and body, and then he stabbed himself. According to an arrest affidavit, the suspect’s mother called 911 around 7:30 p.m. on June 30 and told dispatchers that her son, Dayvon Heath, age 26, had stabbed and killed his girlfriend. She also told dispatchers that her son had told her that he stabbed himself. Deputies responded to the New Port Richey home that Heath shared with his girlfriend, Felicia Rich age 28. They say when they arrived, they found Heath holding Rich, who was deceased. Deputies say Rich was covered in blood and had multiple puncture wounds to her face. Deputies say there was a knife near Heath, who also had a puncture wound on his neck. Heath was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive. Iowa City Police Lt. Zach Diersen said Curtis Cortez Jones, 41, of 405 S. Hamilton St., Keota, has been identified as the person of interest in Lillie’s death last week. Jones is in custody in the Keokuk County Jail. Police said “multiple tips from the public” led them to Jones. Diersen said Monday authorities are investigating Jones’ role in Lillie’s death. “At this point, we’re not prepared to call him a suspect,” Diersen said. Police also announced on Monday that Lillie’s death was determined to be a homicide by the Johnson County Medical Examiner’s Office. The cause of death was determined to be gunshot wounds to the head. Lillie, 46, a cabdriver for Yellow Cab of Iowa City, was found dead in his cab around 3:42 a.m. June 28 in the 500 block of Ernest Street. A fellow cabdriver had gone to check on Lillie and found him slumped over in his cab, which was parked near an apartment building behind the Alexis Park Inn. DNA used to identify cruel black man arrested in deadly Culver’s robbery – caused death of White man by denying him 911-call  MADISON, Wis. – A man who was arrested in connection with the death of a man during the robbery of a Culver’s in Madison has been identified. Madison police said Nicholas A. Ivy, 32, was arrested on suspicion of felony murder and armed robbery. He was identified by DNA found at the crime scene, police said. Forensic investigators said they were able to quickly match the DNA with DNA from Ivy which was on file. Ivy was arrested in Janesville Friday afternoon. Janesville police surrounded a house on North Academy Street around 1 p.m. The SWAT team entered the home after announcing on a loudspeaker that they had a warrant for the house. Violent teen fugitive from DFW arrested in New Jersey  A 17-year-old fugitive suspected in a spate of violent crimes, including two capital murders and the brutal attack on and robbery of a man taking a walk in an Arlington park, was arrested in New Jersey, officials confirm. Taymor McIntyre, known locally as rapper “Tay-K 47,” had been on the run since late March, when he cut off his ankle monitor while under house arrest in connection with the Mansfield robbery and fatal shooting of 21-year-old Ethan Walker. Law enforcement sources, however, have confirmed to the Star-Telegram that McIntyre is suspected in a San Antonio killing that occurred after he fled house arrest and the May 25 attack on and robbery of 65-year-old Skip Pepe in Cravens Park in Arlington. “We are on cloud nine,” Barbara Pepe said on hearing news of McIntyre’s arrest Friday.“This has just lifted the black cloud that has been following us.” Pepe, in an earlier interview, had called McIntyre a “loose cannon.” Skip Pepe was walking along Fish Creek Trail when he was approached from behind by a young man who pointed a gun at his head and demanded his wallet. When he refused, he was struck from behind and knocked unconscious by the robber. Witnesses reported seeing a possible second suspect, riding a forest green mountain bicycle, in the area as well. “When he woke up, he didn’t even know what happened,” Barbara Pepe said. “Finally when he got to the hospital, they were doing the MRI and he said, ‘Barb, I remember now. Holly Hentges, 41, Nicholas Franklin, 21, and Hentges 16-year-old son are all charged with aggravated murder in the June 18 beating death of Charles Foster, who lives about a mile south of the trio’s home. The 16-year-old boy is also charged in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court with aggravated burglary and kidnapping. The trio about 11:45 p.m. June 18 forced their way into Foster’s home in the 3100 block of West 97th Street in the city’s West Boulevard neighborhood. The 16-year-old had a gun when the trio attacked Foster, according to court records. Homeless (White) woman was strangled by black after getting into a car with him   Beaumont Police released a report Thursday that details the events leading up to the death of a Beaumont homeless woman. Brandon Julian Jamol Coleman, 26, of Beaumont; was booked into the Jefferson County Jail Wednesday with a $1 million bond for the murder of Catherine Dungan. Dungan, 54, was found in the parking lot of Collier’s Ferry Park on the 5300 block of Pine Street on June 24. In a probable cause affidavit from the Beaumont Police Department, investigators wrote that multiple witnesses had seen Dungan get into a silver car that matched the description of a 2005 Ford Focus owned by Coleman’s mother. Video surveillance showed Coleman getting into the car shortly before Dungan was seen in it. A witness was able to identify Coleman in a photo line-up as the man seen driving the car with Dungan in the passenger seat. A preliminary autopsy report lists Dungan’s cause of death as manual asphyxiation via homicide. According to the affidavit, Dungan’s hands were bound behind her back and there were obvious signs of a sexual assault. – (Black-on-white) |

A passing police officer found Adair, a Tennessee resident, facedown there off Tilson Road. Jones, who is also listed in police records as Sheldon Ragland, was charged three days later with murder and armed robbery. (Black demonic) man arrested in slaying of (Eldery 77-year-old White female) Bible study leader JoAnn Leasure  Lee County Sheriff’s officers arrested a multiple felon with a history of escape in the June 21 slaying of a North Fort Myers Bible study leader. Undersheriff Carmine Marceno said Thursday night that deputies arrested Brett T. Pleasant, 51, of Fort Myers in the death of JoAnn Leasure, 77. Pleasant is charged with second-degree murder and robbery. He remained lodged at Lee County Jail and no bond is set. Leasure was found dead in her condo at 3458 Hancock Bridge Parkway. “Mrs. Leasure was very involved in her church and had devoted her life to helping others,” Marceno said. “This senseless murder is loss to our community and the many friends of JoAnn Leasure.” Marceno called it a “heinous crime.” “Pleasant is no stranger to the criminal justice system, having served many years in prison for violent felonies,” he said. Pleasant has arrests in Escambia County dating to 1985. He was found guilty of robbery and served until July 22, 1987. Four years later, he was sentenced to 25 years in an armed robbery and escaped in 1998. He was then sentenced to nearly six years for the escape and last released in 2016. – (Black-on-white) |
(Black) Woman gets 22 years to life for fatal attack on 85-year-old elderly (White) Henderson man   Las Vegas, Nevada — A 21-year-old woman was ordered to serve 22 years to life behind bars for her role in a brutal attack on an 85-year-old man. Robin Proctor pleaded guilty in April to first-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon for the January 2016 death of Oliver Phillips. Authorities said Proctor and Imani Cook, 22, planned a November attack in advance, using text messages to discuss several different ways to kill Phillips. Phillips met Proctor through an escort service, when he sought companionship, not sex, according to his daughter and a police report. A few months before the attack, he started helping the woman and her infant daughter, welcoming them on occasion into his Henderson home, his daughter said. Proctor laid Phillips down on his bed the night of Nov. 22, 2015, a police report said, and signaled for Cook to enter. Proctor started choking him, but couldn’t kill him, so Cook helped, prosecutor Jacqueline Bluth said. Phillips was beaten with a lamp and dumbbells, which the prosecutor called a “horrific and tragic way to die.” Phillips was left to die in the 192 Kings Canyon Court home, and was discovered the next day still alive. The prosecutor said bloodstains throughout the home show he fought the women or struggled after they left. He died in January 2016. Cook and Proctor were arrested Nov. 24, 2015, the report said. Judge denies bond reduction in vehicular homicide case – drunk black man slaughtered White man  A 62-year-old man accused of vehicular homicide in April is still in jail after a judge denied his request to reduce his $100,000 bond today. Investigators suspect Albert Williams of Montegut was intoxicated on the night of April 17 when he drove onto the shoulder of La. 24 near the Houma-Terrebonne Airport and stuck and killed 43-year-old Houma pedestrian Bryon Acosta, State Police said. Williams was driving a 2007 Dodge Caliber south near Clendenning Road about 9 p.m. when he struck Acosta, who was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Williams was booked into the Terrebonne Parish jail on charges of vehicular homicide and improper lane use. A breath test indicated Williams was over the legal limit for alcohol, according to State Police. Williams’ public defender Ella Kliebert requested a bond reduction, citing her client’s lack of criminal history and ability to pay. Assistant District Attorney Chris Erny contended the bond was set at $100,000 due to the severity of the crime and for public safety concerns. “He was driving out by the airbase and hit and killed a pedestrian,” Erny said. “There was some pretty damning evidence.” If found guilty, Williams could be sentenced up to 30 years, Erny said. – (Black-on-white) |

15-year-old homicide suspect ‘Little Rico’ in custody after turning himself in to police   KNOXVILLE – Knoxville police said the 15-year-old suspect in a Knoxville double homicide is in custody after turning himself in Sunday morning. Rico “Little Rico” Cook faces charges for first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and especially aggravated robbery. Police were called to Montgomery Village Apartments, 1401 Joe Lewis Road, around 1:25 p.m. Thursday for a report of shots fired. When they arrived, they found Sergio Rivera, 18; Jaloen Morris, 18, both of Decatur, Michigan; and Damien Lee, 16, of Knoxville, inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. Rivera and Morris were both killed. One was dead when officers arrived and the other died during treatment. Police say the two had traveled to Knoxville from Michigan to conduct a deal for high-grade marijuana. Lee is recovering from non-life threatening injuries. A second suspect, Deon Nolbert, 17, was arrested Thursday night. He is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted first-degree murder, and three counts of especially aggravated robbery. He is being held in the Richard L. Floyd Russell Galloway, Jr. of Berkley was arraigned in 16th District Court Wednesday on one count of kidnapping, one count of criminal sexual conduct – assault with intent to commit penetration, and one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder – strangulation. According to police, Galloway attacked a woman on the Hines Park bicycle path in Livonia on Sept. 4 of last year. The 28-year-old victim claims she was headed east on the path, west of Levan, when the suspect grabbed her from behind by the neck and choked her, punched her in the face and began dragging her into the woods toward the Rouge River. While she struggled, the man allegedly tried to take her clothes off, demanding sex — but the victim was able to fight him off. She flagged down a passing motorist and used his phone to call 911 while the attacker fled on foot, police said. Christopher Lloyd Peters, 43, was arrested on suspicion of fatally stabbing Katherine Linda Linker, 60, in the neck in the 21000 block of West Coronado Road just before 8 p.m., police said. Police said officers went to the home and saw a man in a bathroom holding a knife. Officers deployed a stun gun to keep him under control, police said. Peters was then taken to the Buckeye Police Department for questioning, police said. Medical staff immediately gave aid to Linker in the home and then transported her to a hospital where she died from her injuries, police said. The couple from Virginia Beach, Virginia, had recently moved into the residence with Linker’s daughter, police said. Police said the two were in an argument when the stabbing occurred. Two (black) men wanted in Clermont kidnapping and sexual battery (of a white woman)   Two men are accused of kidnapping and sexually battering a woman last week in Clermont to “teach her a lesson” about dating black men, according to a police report. Clermont Police are searching for Justin Akeen Fedrick, 27, and Keon Dellshai Gordon, 26, in connection with a rape during the early morning hours of June 22. The victim said she was “just hanging out with friends” at a home in the 1000 block of Disston Avenue when a friend, Rodney “Coop” Cooper, pushed her inside the home and into a bedroom. That’s when Cooper locked the bedroom door and stood guard, said Clermont Police spokesman Sgt. Shane Strickland. Fedrick and Gordon are accused of then sexually battering the woman. The woman said she “attempted to fight them, but they were too strong.” The men told her, “We’re going to teach you a lesson about dating a black man and white [women] don’t mean [expletive] in this town.” When they were finished, the men told the victim they would “make it ten times worse next time” if she went to the police. The victim then ran from the home, cutting through backyards “because she was afraid they would come after her.” Her boyfriend then called police after receiving a text from the victim shortly before 3 a.m. stating she was “bleeding and limping somewhere in the neighborhood.” He called a second time after having heard from the woman again, and deputies found her. Police arrested Cooper, 32, of Clermont, the following day on a charge of kidnapping. Police have issued warrants for the arrests of Fedrick and Gordon, Strickland said. ‘Scared to the point of death’: Denied aid during armed robbery, (White) man’s heart fails, police say – despicable black scum prevented 911 for victim A 56-year-old man who was working on an after-hours remodeling project at a Culver’s restaurant on the South Side died early Tuesday morning of an apparent heart attack after two armed men robbed the restaurant and prevented the man’s co-workers from seeking help, Madison police said. “There was a certain vileness, a certain despicability about the whole thing because … you had an instance where the victim was scared to the point of death,” Police Chief Mike Koval said. The two armed and masked men entered the back of the restaurant around 3 a.m. and surprised four contractors who were working inside the restaurant at 2102 W. Beltline, Koval said. For about an hour, one of the men looked for and then opened the restaurant’s safe, taking the money while the other man kept a gun pointed at the victims, who were ordered to lie face down on the floor. But after the safe was opened — about 45 minutes after the robbers entered the restaurant — the 56-year-old victim became ill and it was apparent to others that he needed immediate medical help, Koval said. But the man holding his gun on them wouldn’t allow them to help their co-worker or call 911, Koval said. The victim was pronounced dead at the restaurant shortly after paramedics arrived. “(The robbers) allowed the man to languish and subsequently to die while they handed themselves the greater priority of getting into the safe and getting the filthy lucre, or what I call blood money, and then left,” Koval said. “It wasn’t until after they left that (the others) felt they had a sufficient margin of safety and were comfortable enough to call 911.” Police provided limited descriptions of the robbers. Deputy Alex Ladwig, a four-year veteran of the department, underwent surgery Tuesday night at a Sacramento hospital and was in stable condition with major structural facial injuries, according to officials. Sheriff’s Sgt. Tony Turnbull said Ladwig was talking as he was being transported.The initial investigation revealed Ladwig began talking with Nicory Marquis Spann, 27, of Sacramento, just before 6 p.m. at the Regional Transit light rail station near Watt Avenue and Interstate 80. Spann ‘violently attacked’ Ladwig and began fighting with him, Turnbull said. Spann then grabbed Ladwig’s gun and fired two shots; one of them hit Ladwig in the face, according to Turnbull. Spann ran into a nearby Red Roof Inn, which was subsequently surrounded by law enforcement. Guests were evacuated as officers set up a perimeter. Deputies then searched the motel room by room. Spann was found in a second floor room alcove, lying on the ground in fetal position, Turnbull said. A sheriff’s department robot was used to talk Spann into surrendering. He was taken into custody at 9:15 p.m., and the gun was recovered at the scene. Spann was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on a charge of attempted murder of a peace officer. He is ineligible for bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Friday. Some guests were in the building during the search and were asked to shelter in place until a deputy told them otherwise. Evacuated guests were allowed back inside a few hours after the shooting. LOUIS • A St. Louis man who beat and kicked a Franciscan friar during an attempted robbery earlier this year was charged Tuesday with the help of DNA testing, police say. Jarvis Cannon, 19, was charged with attempted robbery in the case. Bail was set at $75,000. The victim in the attack is a 62-year-old friar Father Ed Mundwiller who lives in the area. He was walking in the Dutchtown neighborhood on Feb. 2 when Cannon approached and asked for a dollar, police say. The victim gave him one, according to court documents. But then Cannon attacked the victim in an alley behind the 3900 block of Minnesota Avenue, according to police. Verland Jones, 31, is facing a murder charge in the death of 37-year-old Thomas Grassman, according to a news release. Police found Grassman suffering a gunshot wound early June 4 near the intersection of East McMillan and Vine in Mount Auburn. He died from his injuries at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Negro convicted of double murder pleads guilty to another violent crime   NASHVILLE, TN —The Nashville man who pleaded guilty to murdering two people at Bellacino’s pizza restaurant in 2007 has pleaded guilty to another violent crime. On Monday, a Davidson County judge accepted Jason Bobo‘s guilty plea in in the 2007 rape of a woman in west Nashville. He was charged with two counts of aggravated rape and pleaded to a lesser charge of especially aggravated kidnapping. Prosecutors say Bobo raped the women inside her apartment, hitting her several times over the head with a metal object. Just five months later, Bobo murdered two employees at Bellacino’s (Chris Caris and Josh Cole). Two other people were also convicted in the case. He pleaded guilty to the murders and is serving two life sentences without the possibility of parole. – (Black-on-white) |

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The last of four defendants in the 2007 murders of two employees at a west Nashville pizza restaurant pleaded guilty Friday. Crystle Rutherford pled guilty to especially aggravated robbery and two counts of facilitation of first degree murder. As part of the plea, Rutherford was sentenced to an effective 50 year sentence in prison, 30 of which she will have to serve before being eligible for parole. NASHVILLE, Tenn. – One of the four people charged in the October 26, 2007 murders of two pizza restaurant employees entered a best interest plea in court Friday. Tarina Simmons pled guilty to two counts of second degree murder for the shooting deaths of Chris Caris and Joshua Cole. The two were working at Bellacino’s Pizza and Grinders on White Bridge Road when Jason Bobo came in to rob the restaurant and shot them both. Simmons was not at the restaurant at the time but took part in the planning of the robbery. Some of the co-defendants met at Simmons’ home prior to the murders and returned to her home afterwards to divide the money they stole. Bobo also hid out at Simmons’ home while police were looking for him.

Kevin Beverly, 44, is serving out the end of his sentence on a 2012 aggravated stalking conviction involving his ex-wife. But even from prison, the threats have continued.    A couple caring for a disabled teenager drenched her in a bathtub full of bleach and Epsom salt, court records show. Katrina, 51, and Garry Eubanks, 55, from Urbandale, Iowa, have been accused of bathing Airionna Bent, 19, in harsh chemicals that caused burns so bad finger marks could be seen on her skin after touching her, KCCI reported. Bent was born prematurely and suffers from cerebral palsy, so she cannot speak and is fed through a tube. Abdulrahman Sameer Noorah, 21, was arrested last August and indicted for first-degree manslaughter, hit-and-run, reckless endangerment and reckless driving after allegedly killing 15-year-old Fallon Smart in Portland. However, on Sept. 11, 2016 – what would have marked Fallon’s 16th birthday – Noorah’s $100,000 bond was posted by the consulate of Saudi Arabia, according to court records. Earlier this month, police say Noorah removed his monitoring device bracelet and his current whereabouts are now unknown. He is depicted as being Saudi Arabian, 150 pounds and 6 feet tall and was last seen near the Southeast 106th Avenue and Division of Portland. Investigators are said to be concerned that Noorah poses mental health issues and are offering a reward for information leading to his whereabouts.Noorah, a Saudi national who had been in Oregon since 2014 and enrolled at Portland Community College, was awaiting trial on charges that he struck and killed the young teenage girl while speeding down Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard, before running and later returning to the scene. Flagg was walking with a limp as Davie Police officers took the handcuffed, dreadlocked suspect into custody. Investigators said Flagg is one of the men responsible for dragging Patricia Coxe across the parking lot of the gas station, June 2. Coxe said the ordeal left her scarred and scared. “I think you should be able to go pump gas at a Shell station at 11 o’clock on a Friday morning without being in terror,” she said. Coxe said she didn’t notice the subjects’ silver sedan as it pulled up on the other side of her car at the gas station on Sheridan Street, just west of Interstate 75. Police said the thief in the passenger side of the silver sedan tried to open Coxe’s passenger door but found it locked. (White) Man fatally stabbed (by black) outside Dick’s Drive-In after leaving popular karaoke bar  SEATTLE – A man was killed in a stabbing near Dick’s Drive-In in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood Friday morning in what witnesses say was an unprovoked attack. Friends say that the 26-year-old man killed is Andrew Pimentel. He was hanging out and singing karaoke at Ozzie’s at First Avenue West and West Mercer Street went the three blocks to get Dick’s Drive-In about 2 a.m. Witnesses said the suspect, in an unprovoked attack, came across the street and plunged a large knife into Pimentel’s chest in the restaurant parking lot. Medics gave Pimentel first aid and then took him to Harborview Medical Center, where he died from his injuries. The suspect walked away from the scene. Officers said they found a 38-year-old suspect a few blocks away and took him into custody. Leon Caril II was booked into the King County Jail for investigation of homicide and is expected to have a bail hearing there Saturday. Caril has previous criminal convictions for robbery, assault, and drug charges. He was arrested for domestic violence assault on June 16. (Black) Man Charged With Murder For Involvement With (White) Teen’s Shooting Death  MINNEAPOLIS – A New Hope man is charged with murder for his alleged involvement in a shooting last week that left a 17-year-old dead in north Minneapolis Armajea Keyvon Warren, 18, is charged with second-degree murder in the Tuesday night death of Austin Young, court documents filed in Hennepin County show. Police say Young, of Minneapolis, was found dead in the driver’s seat of an SUV near the intersection of 26th and Knox avenues. He had suffered a gunshot wound to the head. According a criminal complaint, a witness who was with Young at the time of the shooting told police it happened after two women they were with went off to buy marijuana in the area. The women left the SUV, the witness said, and returned with Warren and two other men. Warren entered the SUV’s backseat on the passenger side and pulled a gun on Young, demanding he hand over all his possessions. The witness, who was in the passenger seat, said he pushed Warren’s arm away so that the gun wasn’t pointing at Young. At that moment, one of the other men pulled out a handgun and shot Young in the head. Immediately after, Warren, the other men and the women fled the scene. The witness said he bent down and pushed on the accelerator in an attempt to drive away, but he crashed into nearby cars. The witness then ran off to report the shooting. Police say they met with Warren shortly after. The criminal complaint says he admitted to his involvement in the shooting, including pulling a gun on Young and trying to rob him. The man who shot Young was not identified in the criminal complaint. Police say they spoke with the women who witnessed the shooting, but added that they provided little information to officers. If convicted, Warren faces a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison. He remains in jail in lieu of an unconditional $1 million in bail. Missing (White) Lexington Woman Found Dead (in black man’s home), the black and a white girlfriend have been charged with murder  Columbia, SC — A man and woman are now facing charges in connection to the death of a Lexington woman who was reported missing last month. Lee Anthony Corley, 37, is charged with murder in the killing of Alena Kennedy. The death happened in his home sometime between April 18 and 21, according to a warrant. Harriet Leigh Coleman, also 37, is charged with accessory to murder and desecrating human remains, according to arrest warrants. Both were arrested Friday. Coleman’s bond was set at $75,000 for accessory to murder charge and a $5,000 bond was set for desecration of human remains charge. Corley was denied bond. Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said Kennedy was last seen at Corley’s home in South Congaree on April 18. Her remains were found June 16 on Old Two Notch Road. Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher and forensic experts with the Richland County Coroner’s Office identified Kennedy’s remains through dental record comparison. “This isn’t the resolution we were hoping for when Alena’s family reported her missing,” – (Black-on-white) |

Shocking video captures (White) female owner, (White) daughter assaulted at restaurant (by violent brutal black couple)   BAXLEY, Ga. — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two people who officers suspect of assaulting a female restaurant owner and her teenage daughter at a Georgia restaurant Thursday afternoon. According to Baxley Police, the assault took place at a Quik Chik after customers were unhappy about an order, which escalated from a verbal altercation to the restaurant owner being knocked to the ground. As the two customers were leaving the scene one of them struck the owner’s daughter, knocking her to the ground, police say. The two customers fled the scene by driving off in what police believe is light creme, brown or tan-colored Cadillac Escalade. Police believe Nathaniel Eric Smith and Latasha Smith are the two suspects in connection with the violent incident. Both were issued active warrants for aggravated battery and cruelty to children. One (black) brother ‘Xondadric’ arrested, one sought in robbery, fatal shooting of (white) woman    FORT WORTH, TX — A 34-year-old Fort Worth man has been jailed and police are searching for his younger brother in connection with the robbery and fatal shooting of a mother of five earlier this month. Xondadric Antonio Holmes was arrested Thursday on a capital murder warrant in Arlington as he dropped off his girlfriend to see her probation officer. Police continued their search Friday for his 30-year-old brother, Qjuan Tiakei Holmes, whom investigators say had dated and was living with the victim, Angela Gagne, at the time of her death.They found her front door unlocked and Gagne’s body in a bedroom. The 41-year-old woman had been shot multiple times. Cedillo said investigators believes Xondadric Holmes had been visiting his younger brother at Gagne’s residence when an argument broke out. “We believe they were taking her property after the argument and then shot her.” Electronics and some of Gagne’s personal items were missing from the home when the woman’s body was discovered. BIXBY, Oklahoma – Army combat veteran, father, and competitive jui-jitsu fighter Kevin Phelps was shot dead in front of his home in Bixby. Those who knew him say they are still trying to wrap their minds around his sudden death. Bixby police said Phelps and Earnest Liggins were having an argument when a neighbor called police. Before officers could arrive, they say shots had been fired. They say they heard the argument sometime before 10 p.m. Monday night and got concerned. They say shortly after that, they heard four gunshots ring out. They told us they’d never seen Liggins at the home before. (White female) Victim of Gunter robbery attempt (by black man) recounts terror  GRAYSON COUNTY, TX — A man prosecutors called a serial burglar was sentenced to 25 years in the Texas Department of Corrections for a robbery at Gunter gas station back in 2014. Prosecutors said Kenneth Jackson, 44, used his ex-girlfriend’s car to commit a string of robberies across North Texas. One of the crimes was in Grayson County, and now the victim of that incident is speaking out. In 2014, Amber Rogers worked at the Kwik Check convenience store on Highway 289 in Gunter. One September night she was robbed. “Oh, it’s changed me immensely,” she said. “I have nightmares at night sometimes from it.” Surveillance video showed a subject identified as Kenneth Jackson walking up to the counter. Rogers said the man was asking for directions to Dallas when things quickly took a frightening turn. “He came to the counter and told me to give him all of my money.” Rogers — a Marine Corps veteran — refused to give money to Jackson. He kept telling her to open the cash register before finally giving up — but not without leaving Rogers in fear. “Shock didn’t set in until after it had all happened,” she said. – (Black-on-white) |
(Armed black) Man attempts home invasion, gets beating instead    CHATTANOOGA, TN — The man shot during a home invasion recalled the moments before the gun went off, and how he wrestled with the intruder, who is now behind bars. It happened Sunday night at an apartment complex on Mansion Circle. The 19 year-old victim, Shane Feeney, said he had not met the man accused of shooting him and he wonders why the apartment he was in was targeted. “Screaming and like tussling going on in the apartment,” Feeney remembered, “It felt like hours.” What felt like hours, lasted only about 30 minutes. Feeney recalled the scuffle with a man he said he had never met until Sunday night. “I hope whatever happens to him is equal to what he did to us,” said Feeney. He said he was hanging out at an apartment with friends when they noticed someone outside. Police later identified that person as Calvin Carter III. “It sounded like he was messing with a gun,” said Feeney, “So I came back and I was like ‘I don’t know if he is, but it sounds like he’s messing with a gun. I’m going to call the cops.'” Feeney said while he was on the phone with police, his friends went to a backroom. One of them jumped out a window to get help, but came face to face with Carter, who held him at gunpoint. Feeney said he saw Carter holding his friend at gunpoint at the front door, and let him in. “He heard me on the phone with the cops,” Feeney said about Carter, “And I said ‘Come here now. Come here now.'” Feeney said Carter demanded the phone, he gave it to him, and Feeney said that’s when he took action. “Whenever he turned around, that’s when I grabbed him,” recalled Feeney, “And his forearms were still loose so he grabbed the gun out of his waist band and shot me in the leg.” Feeney was shot in the upper thigh. He said five people held Carter on the ground until police arrived. “He kept wrestling with me,” recalled Tucker Williams who helped hold Carter down, “I was like ‘you have one more chance please stop.’ He wouldn’t stop and that’s when I punched him in the eye twice.” – (Black-on-white) |
80-year-old (White) vet robbed at gunpoint in Stanly County (by pair of worthless pretator-parasite blacks-whose-lives-don’t-matter)  STANLY COUNTY, N.C. – Stanly County investigators are searching for one of two teenagers accused of robbing an 80-year-old cab driver. The teen is considered armed and dangerous. Bill Eutsler told of the terrifying moments when he said two teenagers robbed him at gunpoint after he had been driving them around for three hours. “He put the gun right up against my forehead,” Eutsler said. Stanly County Sheriff George Burris said Thomas Clark and Madison Beckford called for a cab Saturday morning. “We believe they were plotting this the whole ride,” Burris said. Eutsler, an 80-year old Vietnam veteran, picked them up in his personal car because all of the taxi drivers for his family’s company were unavailable. After driving the teens to uptown Charlotte, then back to Albemarle, the teens allegedly asked Eutsler to take a shortcut and turn onto City Lake Drive. “Right then, I said something ain’t right,” Eutsler said. The veteran said the suspects forced him out of the car at gunpoint, made him lay down on gravel and stole cash and his cellphone. “I was scared, I’m not going to lie,” Eutsler said. “I was scared and I just thought this was it. And I just said, ‘Lord help me.’” “It’s very disheartening to know that young folks are going to this type of violence,” Burris said. Eutsler said the suspects left him and drove off in his car. About 20 minutes later, around noon Saturday, investigators said Albemarle police spotted the stolen car. They say Beckford was driving and there was a 1-year-old baby in the car without a car seat. Investigators believe she had dropped Clark off and picked up the baby. Authorities are still looking for Thomas Clark. “I just hope they catch him before he hurts somebody else,” Eutsler said. From now on, he said he plans to carry Mace with him when picking people up for rides. Social Media Used To Track (LGBT-Queer dirty deviant black) NC Murder Suspect After Remains Found In Burning Car  GREENSBORO – A man was arrested Monday in connection with the death of an Archdale man whose remains were found in a burnt car earlier this month. Detectives arrested 32-year-old Edward Jorge Gardner and charged him with First Degree Murder in the death of 53-year-old Ralph Coleman Dunbar. Dunbar’s remains were found in a car off Falconridge Ct. on June 10. Greensboro police say the car was set on fire in the woods at the end of the court. The NC DMV found a vehicle ID number from the frame of the burned 2001 Ford Taurus, which was registered to Dunbar. X-rays confirmed Dunbar was the victim. Detectives say Gardner and Coleman met through the internet and agreed to meet each other on June 9 as part of a ‘sexual relationship.’ Police found out Gardner and Coleman met through the internet from evidence on social media sites and cell phones. (BLACK) Teen Who Laughed While Beating (a White) Boy With Brass Knuckles Gets What’s Coming To Him     A teenager from Conway, Arkansas thought it would be “thug” to put on a pair of brass knuckles, quietly walk up behind a boy three-fourths his age and sucker punch him in the side of the head. With the video running, the teen did exactly that. He knocked the younger 12-year-old boy to the ground. The surprise attack occurred on May 31, 2016 and involved 16-year-old Kane Millsaps who had the brass knuckles. He was caught on camera targeting the 12-year-old child in a sucker punch that left him senseless. Now Millsaps faces up to 20 years in prison for the brutal assault… In the video, you see Millsaps wearing brass knuckles on his left hand. Then he raises both middle fingers to the camera right before walking up behind the boy in the baseball cap and slamming him in the side of the head with a hook punch. Without a pause, the victim slumps to the ground. Then a girl off camera shouts, “Kane!” With the other boy senseless on the ground, Millsaps continues his brutal assault. Relentlessly, he punches the younger child in the face while he is down. Even MIllsaps’s attorney cannot deny the brutality of the unprovoked attack. “The video is disturbing,” Millsaps’ attorney Frank Shaw said. “It caused me, like everyone else that saw it, a good bit of discomfort.” After the surprise attack, the 12-year-old victim suffered broken teeth, a cut on his neck, and a bruised right eye. He is lucky he didn’t die or leave the fight paralyzed. Because the attack was caught on camera and proves that Millsaps had no remorse concerning it, he has been charged as an adult. (BLACK) Suspected serial throat slasher attacker arrested after 3 attacks in 4 days   PETERSBURG, Va. — For the last 40 years, Butch Simmons has never been afraid to walk out of the doors of the Fraternal Order of Eagles building. Simmons was waiting for his ride Friday night when he was attacked by a stranger. Simmons said he asked the man if he could help him, but was punched immediately. “I said, ‘What are you doing? What are you doing?’ He walloped me again,” explained Simmons. Moments after the attack, Simmons made his way back to the door of the Eagles building, but the door was locked, and he could not get to his key card to open it. Scared for his life, Simmons pretended that there was a telecom on the door of the building and called to his friends who were still inside for help. “’Hey boys, come out here! I need some help,’” he yelled. The attacker then backed off immediately and was out of sight when Petersburg Police arrived. Lieutenant Greg Geist of the Petersburg Police Department said that in four days, they had three assault cases on their hands. While Simmons’ attack was the first, the attacker, who was later identified as 32-year-old Christopher Taylor, allegedly slashed the throat of Petersburg businessman Bill Sizemore on South Crater Road two days later. Then, on Monday morning, Taylor allegedly committed another assault that also involved a robbery. Police were able to identify Taylor by using security footage from a local Wawa and with the help of Simmons and Sizemore. Simmons is thankful that he was not seriously injured. “I’m just thankful every day for the life I have and just thankful to be here and see my grandchildren grow. I want him to pay for what he did,” Simmons said. Taylor has been charged in all three crimes. The charges include assault and battery, attempted murder, aggravated malicious wounding and robbery. PETERSBURG, VA — Petersburg Police say they have arrested a man who slit a person’s throat with a box cutter. It happened on Sunday in the 3200 block of S. Crater Rd. The victim drove himself to the hospital for treatment. Police say on Monday, they arrested 32-year-old Christopher Taylor for a robbery in Petersburg. Detectives later connected him to the attack. Taylor now faces attempted murder and aggravated malicious wounding charges.
Stranded black trio attacks, robs (White) man who gave them food, shelter   APACHE JUNCTION – A gesture of kindness turned into an assault and kidnapping for an Apache Junction man. On Monday, June 5th, the man called the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office to report his kidnapping and robbery, Pinal County officials said. The man told authorities that on Sunday, June 4th, he ran into three men at an auto parts store in Apache Junction; Raheem Jamal Lemieux, 20, Richard Lemieux, 21, and Tyrus Talbot, 21, told him they needed help because their car was no longer functioning. The man felt sorry for the trio and offered them a stay at his home; he fed the suspects and let them spend the night. The next day, the man took the trio back to the auto parts store. Later that same day, he saw the trio still at the store so he offered them another stay at his home. During the second stay, the trio assaulted the man and also choked him. They bound the man and placed furniture on top of him. They then fled in his vehicle with stolen property including firearms. The man was able to free himself; he called officials and informed them of the events. An Arizona Department of Public Safety trooper saw the man’s vehicle near the Safford area after the vehicle was caught speeding. Raheem Lemieux, the driver, exited the vehicle when asked and showed signs of impairment, DPS said. Richard Lemieux and Talbot were also asked to vacate the vehicle, and they did; however, Richard fled on foot while Raheem was being arrested. The man ran into a neighborhood, through one backyard, onto a street and with the help of local residents, was apprehended behind a home. The trio faces aggravated assault, armed robbery and kidnapping charges. Officials say the suspects were trying to get back home to Louisiana. – (Black-on-white) |

Second (Negro) suspect in capital murder of (White) Beaumont mother, newborn baby turns self in at jail    BEAUMONT – A Beaumont man has been served with a capital murder warrant in the death of a Beaumont mother and her newborn baby girl. Jared Javon Bias, 22, of Beaumont, was served with the warrant Wednesday night at the Jefferson County Correctional Center not long after he turned himself in on a previous charge of “hindering apprehension” according to a release from the Beaumont Police Department. Bias’ bond on the hindering apprehension charge is set at $1 million. Bias is the second suspect in custody related to the murder of Kera Teel, 19, of Beaumont, and her newborn daughter Kyndal. Detectives have not yet spoken to Bias who turned himself in at the jail Wednesday night according to the release. Atayanna Asia Nicole Douglas,17, of Beaumont, was arrested on Tuesday and is being held on a $1.5 million bond for three aggravated robberies which police say are related to the Teel murder case. Worthless black ex-convict POS arrested for murder of (White) couple at Cleveland car dealership in April  Cleveland officials announced a suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder of two owners of a car dealership on the city’s east side in April. Joseph McAlphine, 29, is in police custody Tuesday. Michael and Trina Kuznik were brutally murdered on April 14 at their business on East 185th Street. Both victims were shot in the head. “Our concern is for all victims of crime and their families,” said Mayor Frank G. Jackson in an emailed statement. “While we’re happy to have gotten to this point, we will continue to work on the Kuznik case until all who are involved are brought to justice –this is still an open investigation.” McAlphine previously served nine years in prison for aggravated robbery and was released in 2016. (Black) Man charged with killing popular (White) bartender was released from custody hours before man was shot in the back  The man charged with fatally shooting a popular Milwaukee bartender during a botched robbery had been released from custody hours before the homicide, records show. Jermichael Carroll, 29, was charged Wednesday with first-degree reckless homicide and attempted armed robbery in the death of 22-year-old Dylan Steffen. The charges were filed the same day a public memorial for Steffen took place at Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service in West Bend. Carroll spent four days in the Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility for violating the terms of his extended supervision on a drug case. The facility, which is similar to a jail, is operated by the state Department of Corrections. He was released on May 30. Prosecutors say hours later, about 1:30 a.m. May 31, he shot and killed Steffen. Steffen and a friend were walking on S. 2nd St. near W. Mitchell St. when a man armed with a gun came out of a school parking lot and put the friend in a headlock. The man told Steffen’s friend to follow him into the parking lot and empty his pockets, but the friend broke free. The friend told police as he and Steffen ran away, he heard a gunshot and turned to see Steffen on the sidewalk. He called 911. Family pleads for help after (White) bartender fatally shot in head – there is a (BLACK) ‘suspect of interest’ BALTIMORE — A well-known Baltimore bartender was fatally shot in the head early Tuesday morning, and his family is pleading for help. Police said Sebastian Dvorak was found around 2:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 2600 block of Boston Street in Canton bleeding from his forehead. Police later confirmed someone shot him in the head, killing him. Baltimore City police haven’t released much information on the shooting, but did reveal Wednesday that investigators believe the motive is robbery and there could be more than one suspect. Dvorak was well-known in the Baltimore service industry and known as “Seb” to his close friends. Dvorak’s family is pleading to the public for help. His father, David Dvorak, read from a prepared statement as police look for his son’s killer. Police have reviewed security camera video from area businesses, portions of which they released to the public Wednesday evening. Police said the people seen in the video are considered a person of interest in Dvorak’s killing. Police described the person of interest as a black man with thick curly hair and a medium complexion. He was wearing a gray T-shirt with a white tank-top underneath, blue jeans and gray New Balance sneakers. 18-year-old (worthless negro) charged with murder in death of (White) Newport police officer  NEWPORT — A teenager who was being questioned in connection with the shooting death of a Newport police officer is now charged with his murder. Tyler Calamese, 18, appeared in a Jackson County court Wednesday morning. He was formally charged with capital murder for the death of Lt. Patrick Weatherford. 18-year-old Tyler Calamese and his grandmother both spoke to Channel 7 News after he was charged with capital murder in the shooting death of Newport police officer Lt. Patrick Weatherford. (KATV video) Lt. Patrick Weatherford responded to a call of a vehicle break-in Monday night near the Remmel Park area in Newport. When Lt. Weatherford arrived at the scene, he saw an individual fleeing the area. Lt. Weatherford and other Newport officers chased the suspect on foot, entering a residential area.
