Pedophiles in Politics: An Open Source Investigation
As 2015 begins, high-profile cases involving accusations of pedophilia in the highest ranks of political power are making headlines on both sides of the Atlantic.
MPs Caught in Pedophile Network
The first case involves the exposure of five VIP pedophile rings operating in Britain in the 1970s and 80s that have been researched in a dossier compiled by John Mann, an MP for Bassetlaw in the Midlands, which was then submitted to the London Metropolitan Police for further investigation. These five rings all included at least one current or former member of parliament, with a total of 24 politicians having been identified in Mann’s dossier. Six of those 24 are currently serving members of the UK government, including three MPs and three members of the House of Lords. As an MP himself, Mann enjoys parliamentary privilege to name the accused politicians in the House of Commons but has said he will not do so because he believes the accusations should be investigated by police first.
The Met are already investigating claims made by an alleged victim of the network that a Conservative MP strangled a boy to death during one of the ring’s sex parties, and that he personally witnessed two other boys murdered by the gang, including one who was run over in broad daylight. Mann has also indicated that he believes two men may have been murdered as part of a cover-up of the network’s activities.
One of the hurdles in investigating the claims is the Official Secrets Act, which prevents the disclosure of state secrets and “sensitive” information. “It is clear there are a lot of people who could provide a lot of information, potentially vital information, to support ongoing criminal investigations,” Mann said regarding the investigation. “But they are not doing so because of the Official Secrets Act. They are fearful of not only breaking the law but the potential effect on their pension. This is absolutely crucial if we are to get some of these ex-officers coming forward and to get prosecutions of some of the former MPs.” He has asked Home Secretary Theresa May to lift the restrictions, allowing former officials to speak up about what they know about the case, but so far there is no indication that this has been done.
Epstein Accuser Names Names
Meanwhile in the United States a similarly shocking set of allegations are emerging from a Florida court case surrounding Jeffrey Epstein, the prominent American financier and billionaire who was convicted in 2008 of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution. In the years since his conviction, dozens of women have come forward to accuse him of abuse, and he has made 17 out-of-court settlements in various civil cases arising from these accusations. There is now an ongoing federal civil suit in Florida in which two women are alleging violations of the Crime Victims’ Rights Act in the remarkable plea deal that saw Epstein emerge from the scandal with a single count of solicitation of underage prostitution and a 13-month prison sentence.
Late last month, Virginia Roberts made headlines by submitting a motion to be added to the legal action in Florida. Those documents allege that Roberts was one of Epstein’s underage sex slaves and names both Prince Andrew, Duke of York and fifth in line for the British crown, and Alan Dershowitz, a well-known lawyer and author, as men with whom she was forced to have sex while underage. Buckingham Palace has emphatically denied the claims, and Dershowitz threatened to sue Roberts’ lawyers over the allegations but was instead counter-sued for defamation.
The scandal threatens to re-focus attention on the Epstein case, which raises many important questions about the billionaire’s connections with the rich and powerful. It has since been revealed that Epstein had 21 different phone numbers for contacting his friend Bill Clinton, who,court records allege, “frequently flew” on Epstein’s private jet between 2002 and 2005. The American tabloid press is now reporting that the new claims have created problems for Clinton’s marriage, with Hillary allegedly visibly angry at Bill at a recent public appearance.
Nothing New
Allegations of pedophilia networks amongst the political and entertainment “elite” are of course nothing new. In recent years Britain has been rocked by revelations of repeated, serial sexual abuse of children by popular children’s television entertainers Jimmy Savile and Rolf Harris. These scandals have raised questions about institutional support for these activities at a number of levels, including the BBC, the political classes and even royal participation in the enabling and cover-up of the abuse.
Likewise in America, allegations of political pedophile rings date back decades, with the most notorious being the Franklin scandal in which Lawrence E. King Jr. was accused of running an elite child prostitution ring for Nebraska Republican Party members and high-ranking U.S. politicians. The story involves accusations that link the ring to CIA drug dealing, murder and cover up, including accusations of ritual abuse in the Bohemian Grove. The investigation was championed by former State Senator John De Camp and eventually brought before a grand jury in Douglas County but was eventually thrown out as a “carefully crafted hoax” and two of the alleged victims were themselves convicted of perjury after two other witnesses recanted their supporting testimony. Still, questions still surround the cover up of the case as documented in suppressed documentaries like Conspiracy of Silence.
Cover Ups
The question of whether the London Met will be adequate to the task of properly investigating Mann’s dossier is not an idle one. Just last year reports revealed that the Met had 260 crates of evidence documenting police corruption in the north-east corner of London alone. The evidence relates to Operation Tiberius, a 2002 investigation that concluded there was “endemic corruption” in the Metropolitan Police force and that organized crime networks had been able to infiltrate the Met “at will.” The report that issued from that investigation was 170 pages long, but only six heavily-redacted pages were provided to a parliamentary committee that had requested the information. Only a handful of the scores of then-serving officers and officials identified by the investigation were ever prosecuted.
In the Epstein case, as well, there are numerous questions surrounding the possibility of high-level cover up. In recent weeks it has emerged that Epstein struck a remarkable secret deal with the US Attorney’s Office that barred more than 500 pages of documents detailing negotiations of the deal and a staggering 13,000 documents from the investigation into Epstein’s activities that were shelved as a result of the bargain. Moreover, the victims were not told of the plea bargain until after it had been concluded. All of this resulted from the US Attorney Office’s pledge to avoid turning the case into a “media circus” and disclosing the names of people like Prince Andrew.
Clearing the Smoke, Smashing the Mirrors
As always with ongoing legal investigations, it is important to sort the credible from the incredible, the proven from the unproven, and the mere allegations from the actual findings of fact. Hoaxes, lies and moral panics have erupted in the past that have proven fraudulent in the long run.
So what are the credible sources in investigations like these? How can those with a monetary or other interest in slandering the rich and powerful be separated from those with credible claims of abuse? What bodies or institutions can be relied on to investigate claims of this nature, especially when they involve sitting politicians and others in the highest reaches of political or financial power?

Exaro news have been covering the story of VIP paedophiles for over two years now and have really been out ahead of the field in their reporting, earning themselves some awards for their efforts. That there has been a series of concerted cover ups is now all but officially acknowledged, so it is really just a matter of what they are covering up. The sexual proclivities of the rich, powerful and famous little ones are an important driver in both history and geopolitics. I suspect we’ve all heard of how the elite have depraved sexual appetites and engage in deviant sexual behaviors. Certain powerful intelligence networks try to use sex in various “honey traps” to blackmail politicians. Others probably want to quench the carnal desires of their prurient interests. I’ve posted the Kay Griggs interview before, but it’s especially relevant in this context. She explains elaborately how pedophilia and sexual perversion are used to control the highest ranking government officials. She has an astounding amount of information on many elite US army and NATO officials and she understands perfectly how this control mechanism works.
In Holland we have our own ‘little’ elite pedophile scandal. Joris Demmink was the secretary-general of the Dutch Justice department and he has been accused of child abuse for decades, see Jason’s post. This video shows how Dutch officials run child trafficking and pornography for the elite. This article (intro in Dutch, rest in English) describes how Demmink plays a major role in what is called the ‘Westerflier Cult’, that has links to vast criminal organisations, including theTurkish mafia and, indeed, Gladio operations.
In the nineties the Rolodex investigation targeted some high ranking Dutch officials accused of child abuse, but failed to find anything. Although Demmink was officially not a subject of this investigation, he was very closely related to many of the subjects and he held a high ranking position at the Justice department. Investigators later said the investigation was ‘blown from the inside’.
In 2012 Robert Mikelson was the sole convict in a vast child pornography case in Amsterdam. Even though he told the police he delivered the material on request, the case was closed and no further investigation was done. Demmink was the highest ranking Justice official at the time. Marc Dutroux obviously was part of a large network, but no one else was convicted.
The Belgium blog Werkgroep Morkhoven (only in Dutch) has tracked many child abuse cases, exposing the Dutch and Belgium cults involved. Marcel Vervloesem, the main force behind this blog, found himself accused of possession of child pornography and is now in prison suffering from terminal cancer.
Micha Kat was the first Dutch journalist to openly accuse Demmink of child abuse. Even though I suspect he is backed by some behind the scene power (probably the wealthy Poot family), he deserves credit for breaking this story and suffering the consequences. He has fled the country and is probably the most ridiculed person in Dutch media. He might actually be an interesting guest to interview on the Corbett Report. He might be a bit radical, but he is very well informed and has a story to tell.

The latest one was a case that Demmink was suing a national newspaper to force them to retract, the judge decided that the paper did not have to do it. Demminks lawyers were paid by the ministry of Justice, by the way, questions have been asked in parliament about this, no straight answers given. Demmink was in the same year of a university society with the current minister of Justice, so there you go, brothers for life. Demmink has also been implicated to be blackmailed by the turkish government over his taste for little boys, he allegedly had his way with some turkish boys when he was there. He denies ever been in Turkey. He was allegedly blackmailed to make sure Baybesin was jailed for life in Holland. A Belgian author who was writting a non fiction book about Dutroux and his network say that they are openly Satanic in their rituals of rape, they will slice off arms and legs of a 8 year old girl without anasthesia of course and pass it around as a blow up doll until it dies, telling her sperm will keep her alive. This subject is a Pandora’s Box. Barrister Michael Shrimpton, author of Spyhunter, has claimed that underage boys were brought to the yacht of former British Prime Minister Edward Heath for him and his guests to have sex with, after which the boys were murdered and thrown overboard. Shrimpton also claims that Brazilian street children are trafficked to Portugal on U-boats for use in international sex rings and snuff movies. I haven’t read Shrimpton’s book, so I’m not sure how well-sourced these claims are. He is quite a bizarre character. I get the impression that he speaks with a mixture of truth and disinformation, but I think his claims warrant further investigation.

The Elm Guest House story broke on 7th August 1982, when the Daily Express reported that “at least three MPs, a member of staff at Buckingham Palace, and leading lawyers, doctors and City businessmen” were questioned as part of inquires relating to “a vice ring” in “a brothel in a smart London suburb”.
Over the next 10 days more lurid allegations emerged in almost every national newspaper. A police raid on the guest house in Rocks Lane, Barnes, involving ‘up to 60 officers’ found ‘a huge store of pornographic material including video tapes’. ‘There were also whips, chains and ropes’. ‘There were two little boys being used as child prostitutes’.
It was also revealed that Scotland Yard detectives were investigating the disappearance/murder of eight-year old Vishal Mehrotra and fifteen-year old Martin Allen in connection with the guest house.
The Old Bailey trial in May 1983:
At the Old Bailey trial of Carol and Harry Kasir proprietors of the Elm Guest House, opened with the news that the prosecution evidence had been dramatically cut.
The court heard from Police officers who spied on the couple and took part in the raid on the hotel in June last year.
By agreement with the defence lawyers the prosecution slashed eight hours of videos that were to be shown to the court, to just 45 minutes.
the Judge made an order forbidding the press to say anything which might identify the child in the case. Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
The couple pleaded not guilty to running a disorderly house, living off the earnings of a male prostitute, neglecting a child and possession of obscene articles for gain.
Carol and Harry Kasir were found guilty by the old bailey jury of running a disorderly house – but they walked free from the court with a fine of £1,000 each, ordered to pay £500 costs each and given nine month prison sentences suspended for two years.
the jury found the couple not guilty of living off immoral earnings, the judge directed them to find the couple not guilty of having obscene films (because that was covered by the disorderly house charge) and the jury failed to agree on the charge that they had neglected a child.
Mr Justice Tudor-Price referred to “unwholesome activities” in the hotel last year, and said: “Those disgusting films were harmful to the people who saw them and led to the acts of gross indecency”.
He said his sentence took into account Carol Kasir’s ill-health; she is diabetic; and the strain that that and the trial had put on both of them.

David Issett a former lover of Carole Kasir said she had a load of photographs of famous people doing stuff at the gay guest house. ‘The name I remember is that of the fat man, Cyril Smith.
‘She said she kept them [the photos] in a strong box at the Royal Bank of Scotland branch in Richmond. She was once offered £20,000 for them, but she thought they were worth much more.’
Chris Fay, a social worker who headed a child welfare charity, later claimed that the officers leading the raid were Special Branch which worked alongside MI5 rather than local officers.
Carole Kasir had logbooks, names, times, dates, even pictures of people who went in and out of Elm Guest House,’ he said. He has also claimed that she spoke to him about her stash of compromising VIP photographs.
On Sunday morning, June 17, 1990, Carole Kasir, then 47, was found by a friend, in bed at the Carmichael Road flat. She was dead, with ‘numerous injections and phials of insulin’ lying about her. Two notes, addressed to Issett and indicating suicide, were discovered in the property.
David Issett, who denied any wrongdoing, was interviewed twice last year by Operation Fernbridge officers and, he said, gave them a statement.
He told us: ‘They kept firing names of Carole’s friends at me to see if I knew them.’
Issett also rubbished the suggestion that Kasir said she was being watched in the time before she died. He said her eyesight was too poor for her to have noticed.
And yet when we visited the address where Kasir died, a former neighbour said that the police had, in fact, set up a secret surveillance post in one of the nearby flats, albeit some time before the death. The neighbour had understood it was because police believed Kasir was dealing drugs to children.
Police have searched for, but been unable to find, evidence of the existence of a stash of pictures of the rich and famous at Rock’s Lane.
It remains a ‘secret’ which Carole Kasir took to her grave, but one to which the Cyril Smith revelations have now lent a great deal more credibility.

Operation Fernbridge: Met looking into 300 lines of inquiry
More than 300 lines of inquiry are being pursued by officers investigating alleged child abuse at a London guesthouse during the early 1980s.
Two people have been arrested but no charges have been brought.

Child abuse: Probe into police ‘cover-up’ claims
A number of claims that police acted inappropriately in relation to child abuse allegations are being investigated, the Metropolitan Police said today.
Speaking at a press briefing today, Deputy Assistant Commissioner Steve Rodhouse said Professional Standards were looking into the claims, which cover a period from the 1970s up to 2005.
Some cover-up allegations are related to different strands of Operation Fairbank – a wide-ranging probe into alleged abuse – while others are completely unrelated, he said.
“We take any allegations of impropriety by police officers very seriously,” Rodhouse said.

Maintaining a Kakistocracy
One of the reasons for the intimate association of the power elite with child abuse is that they might use it to maintain their, somewhat hidden, ‘kakistocracy’: government by the worst and most evil people: a highly capable brand of psychopaths if you like. (Even James didn’t know the term kakistocracy
).
Psychopathy is only mildly hereditary, so an elite psychopath cannot guarantee that sons or daughters will be just as psychopathic. I expect this entails that they need a steady resupply of ruthless and power hungry individuals who understand the world deeply and pervasively and, as such, are highly capable. Normally deep and pervasive understanding leads to wisdom and a sense of responsibility, humility even. But that is precisely not what that the kakistocracy needs: it needs the same depth and pervasiveness of understanding, but in combination with utter ruthlessness and the capacity to appear respectable.
Enter child abuse. By abusing children you “give” them an attachment disorder by violating or destroying the deep sense of security that is the basis for an open attitude towards learning and discovering. With this trust violated the child’s world changes from a world of opportunities, to a world of potential and actual threats. And often they will search and serve those who can protect them from these threats an in doing so giving their autonomy away for life. And they might even carry it over to their children: stultifying their growth towards autonomy. Aristocrats and priest must have discovered a long time ago that abused children lead to useful adult servants; slaves actually. And while this is despicable to people with a normal moral development, it is a positive thing for psychopaths who see other people as tools anyway.
Yet this does not solve the problem of keeping the kakistocracy supplied with respectable appearing, super high functioning, and completely ruthless psychopaths. Only a small fraction of the population (say 1%) is psychopath and as such has the benefit of an absence of empathy and a conscience: psychopaths are able to exploit others as if they were tools. Yet the vast majority of them are not particularly evil: they can be ruthless, daring, and callous, but they find mostly norm-abiding ways to be psychopathic: they might be mountaineers, military, ER-doctors, car or insurance salesmen, real-estate brokers, or white-collar criminals. But most are definitely not the high functioning individuals that compare with how the power elite sees themselves and would accept as their peers. So how do you recruit suitable psychopaths in your midst if they do not advertise themselves as such.
Enter child abuse again. If you organize events for the ambitious and capable in which they progressively can show that, notwithstanding their veneer of respectability, they are actually completly ruthless, you have the ideal recruiting grounds for the kakistocracy. Of course blackmail plays a role, but the suitable candidates gladly let themselves to become blackmailable because this gives them access to the inner sanctum of the kakistocracy: they proof themselves worthy members and loyal (due to their blackmailability) and in return they will receive access to power in a way they could never dream of on their own. After a while they become fully accepted a level that suits their capabilities and they will help to maintain the system that gave them so much opportunities (and can end their respectability at any point in time).
I think that what I have sketched above is a useful framework to understand the dynamics of elite child abuse networks. It is never an incident, it is “just” the kakistocracy maintaining and reinvigorating itself: business as usual. But the few moments the abuse networks become exposed it provides and ideal opportunity to glimpse the kakistocracy at work (and frantically protecting itself).

I am glad that this opinion is in these comments, as I tried to write it myself but fell short.
I am reminded of the concluding part of the film ‘JFK 2’ that makes the point that the ruling elites behave as any other more widely acknowledged criminal fraternity does; i.e. an individual has to incriminate themselves in order to gain access to a closed circle of power, it’s is simply how these things have always worked.
I hope that this aspect of the phenomenon gets discussed by at least some of the people who are following the unfolding scandals, because we, as a society, need to understand this psychological view of power.
I thought of it this way; if you accept the concept that whatever you do to others is really an expression of how you relate to parts of your own self, then what of paedo-sadists? They are engaged in the destruction of ‘the child’ – the innocent part of themselves. Maybe such crime is a prerequisite for anyone heading a state/corporate system that causes death and suffering of many thousands of people, maybe the current system and child abuse are intrinsically linked?
I had one further thought about this aspect of it all.
A few people have described the general taboo that surrounds subjects like 9/11 evidence as being comparable to the denial shown by survivors of child abuse. The theory goes that on a societal level some of the emotions formed in relationship with our parents, we later, as adults project onto society’s leaders (most obviously the deep emotions around protection and ‘safety of the tribe’). In a way analogous to CSA victims, many/most people simply cannot accept that our leaders are capable of seriously abusing or murdering us; we are psychologically geared to trust them as protectors -and there lies the power of the taboo.
This actually gives me some hope in that whilst the ‘truth movement’ for all its successes has struggled overall to engage most of the population(- and it’s not for lack of evidence), I think that if the internet can push the revelation of elite paedophilia and child murder into public consciousness, it might have the effect of breaking down some of the taboo that surrounds the discussion of deep events. The psychological impact of major revelations may go beyond the immediately obvious. Victims/ survivors and people involved in the cover ups now have a real voice and are speaking out as never before, I am more optimistic than those who point to the history of concealment and say ‘never’.

Something that bothered me with these Prince Andrew accusations was: why are these accusations coming out now and not before now? Why are they about the 1980s – does this not happen anymore? Why are these random, seemingly disconnected personalities involved?
The “little black book” gives a hint that this is just a small glitch in the matrix, in which paedophilia is systematic and characteristic of the power elites.

When James started this interactive open source research I felt very exited. I still feel that way, but I think there is too much emphasis on collecting links. The human background of all this deserves much more attention. I believe this to be extremely important if you ever want to comprehend the manipulation that this is all about. It is easy enough to say ‘Americans are stupid’ or ‘Americans are brainwashed’, end of story. Sorry if this sounds insulting, but I believe they are not much different from you and me. So then how is it possible that ever more millions get killed constantly, in explicit as well as structural ways in the name of 300 million exceptional people. Why do they accept these absolute crimes so easily? By accepting their democratic rights they accept responsibility for all this wasted blood. What is wrong with their imagination? One may even wonder: has it something to do with your 1% being defined the wrong way around?
To me your contribution is worth more than the rest of this thread together. Yes, a bit harsh to say, but a little provocation may also work out positively. There seems to be a lack of discussion in general and no sign of development of a theoretical framework. Ok, there is Proudhon, but it doesn’t seem to resonate very much. I personally love the ideas of anarchism, but I feel political theory by itself is too meagre to comprehend the global lunacy. And comprehension comes in very handy if you really are after change and not just after sensation and excitement, let alone moral indignation. Of course, James had some openings with his discussion of Stockholm Syndrome and Learned Helplessness. This was nice for a start, but I think it should be continued and integrated on a structural basis.
Sorry for the delay in posting this reaction. I was grounded by Chikungunya for a couple of weeks. It is a new fever from Africa hitting the Caribbean. It has a very long tail and it may even take years to get better. Of course there are worse fevers from Africa spooking around, so I feel perfectly fine with my almost conquered Chikungunya.

James, you might be interested in the work of the historian Marion Sigaut, she tracked back these pedophile networks up to the Ancien Regime in France (during Louis XV reign especially). She explains the traffics in public hospitals by tracking the entry and checkouts of the orphans, etc. also explaining how Louis XV lost power because of pedophile blackmail (which weakened Louis XVI up to his overthrown by French Revolution). Legal action against members
In the summer of 1978 the homes of several PIE committee members were raided by the police as part of a full-scale inquiry into PIE’s activities; as a result of this inquiry, a substantial report was submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions and the prosecution of PIE activists followed.
In particular, five activists were charged with printing contact advertisements in MagPIE which were calculated to promote indecent acts between adults and children.
Others were offered lesser charges of sending indecent material through the mail if they testified against the five. These charges related to letters that the accused exchanged detailing various sexual fantasies. It eventually became clear that one person had corresponded with most of the accused but had not been tried. After the trial, it emerged that there had been a cover-up: Mr “Henderson” had worked for MI6 and been a high commissioner in Canada. Mr “Henderson” was later revealed, in the magazine Private Eye, to be Sir Peter Hayman.
In 1981 Geoffrey Dickens MP asked the Attorney-General “if he will prosecute Peter Hayman (diplomat) under the Post Office Acts for sending and receiving pornographic material through the Royal Mail”. The Attorney-General Michael Havers (the brother of Baroness Butler-Sloss) who replied, “I am in agreement with the Director of Public Prosecutions’ (Sir Thomas Chalmers Hetherington QC) advice not to prosecute Sir Peter Hayman and the other persons with whom he had carried on an obscene correspondence.” Dickens asked “How did such a potential blackmail risk come to hold highly sensitive posts at the MOD and NATO?” He also asked the Leader of the House of Commons to “investigate the security implications of diaries found in the diplomat’s London flat which contained accounts of sexual exploits”. There was much debate and condemnation in the international press of these events.
Steven Adrian Smith was Chairperson of PIE from 1979 to 1985. He was one of the PIE executive committee members charged in connection with the contact advertisements; he fled to Holland before the trial.
In 1981 the former PIE Chairperson Tom O’Carroll was convicted on the conspiracy charge and sentenced to two years in prison. O’Carroll had been working on Paedophilia: The Radical Case in the period between the initial police raid and the trial. While the charges did not relate in any way to the publication of the book, the fact that he had written it was listed by the judge as a factor in determining the length of his sentence.
In 1984 The Times reported that two former executive committee members of PIE had been convicted on child pornography charges but acquitted on charges of incitement to commit unlawful sexual acts with children and that the group’s leader had fled the country while on bail. It was announced that the group was closing down in the PIE Bulletin as of July 1984.
One-time treasurer of PIE Charles Napier is alleged to have sexually assaulted boys whilst a gym master at Copthorne Preparatory School. He was convicted in December 2014 and jailed for 13 years for child sex abuse. He became an English Language Trainer at the British Council and was convicted of sexual assault against minors in London in 1995 and investigated as an alleged member of a paedophile network operating in British schools in 1996. He set up his own school in Turkey and resumed English Language Training with the British Council after serving his sentence.
In January 2006 the Metropolitan Police Service Paedophile Unit arrested remaining PIE members on child pornography charges. One of those arrested, David Joy, was warned by his sentencing judge that his beliefs may preclude his ever being released from jail.[15]
Government funding
In March 2014 evidence emerged that PIE had received grants totalling £70,000 from the Home Office, after a whistle-blower told police he witnessed a successful three-year grant renewal application for £35,000 in 1980, implying that a similar grant had been made in 1977.[16]
Affiliation to the NCCL
In 1976, in a submission to the Criminal Law Revision Committee, the NCCL asserted that “childhood sexual experiences, willingly engaged in, with an adult result in no identifiable damage” and that the Protection of Children Bill would lead to “damaging and absurd prosecutions”.]
By 1978, PIE and Paedophile Action for Liberation had become affiliated to the National Council for Civil Liberties (now known as Liberty) with members attending meetings. The organisation campaigned against newspapers’ treatment of the paedophilia activist groups. Whilst affiliated with NCCL, PIE also campaigned to reduce the age of consent and opposed the proposed banning of child pornography.
Whilst PIE was affiliated with it, the organisation argued for incest to be decriminalised and argued that photographs of undressed children should not be considered “indecent” – and therefore illegal – unless it could be proven that the subject had suffered harm or that an inference to that effect or to the effect that harm might have been caused could reasonably be drawn from the images themselves, with Harriet Harman (later deputy leader of the Labour Party) arguing that it would “increase censorship”. In May 1978, according to MagPIE, NCCL motions were passed supporting PIE’s rights and the annual meeting went on to condemn ‘attacks’ against paedophiles and their supporters, saying “this AGM condemns the physical and other attacks on those who have discussed or attempted to discuss paedophilia, and reaffirms the NCCL’s condemnation of harassment and unlawful attacks on such persons.”
NCCL had excluded PIE by 1983.
In February 2014, Shami Chakrabarti, the director of Liberty, issued an apology for the previous links between the NCCL and the PIE. She said: “It is a source of continuing disgust and horror that even the NCCL had to expel paedophiles from its ranks in 1983 after infiltration at some point in the seventies.”
Allegations against Labour politicians
A number of senior Labour Party politicians were linked in newspaper stories to PIE in December 2013, and again in February 2014, as a result of their involvement with NCCL at time of PIE’s affiliation. The party’s deputy leader Harriet Harman, had been employed by NCCL as an in-house solicitor and met her husband, the MP Jack Dromey, then a member of NCCL’s executive committee, while working in this capacity. In addition, Patricia Hewitt MP was NCCL’s general secretary for nine years. The trio were labelled “apologists for paedophiles” by the Daily Mail. The former chair of PIE, Tom O’Carroll, (convicted distributor of child pornography) claimed the three had not attempted to expel PIE out of fear for the impact this might have on their careers at the NCCL.
Harman denied she had supported PIE while at NCCL and the specific allegation that she supported a campaign for the age of consent to be reduced to ten, and expressed regret at the involvement of the NCCL with PIE. She accused the right-leaning newspaper of both embarking on a smear campaign and of hypocrisy, making the counter-accusation that the Daily Mail sexualises young girls. Dromey also denied the accusations. Hewitt apologised separately, saying she had been “naive and wrong to accept that PIE was a counseling and campaign group”

Geoffrey Dickens MP
Between 1981 and 1985, Dickens campaigned against a suspected paedophile ring he claimed to have uncovered that was connected to trading child pornography. In 1981, Dickens named the former British High Commissioner to Canada, Sir Peter Hayman, as a paedophile in the House of Commons, using parliamentary privilege so he could not get sued for slander. Dickens asked why he had not been jailed after the discovery on a bus of violent pornography.
In 1983, Dickens claimed there was a paedophile network involving “big, big names, people in positions of power, influence and responsibility” and threatened to name them in the Commons. The next year, he campaigned for the banning of Hayman’s Paedophile Information Exchange organisation. Dickens had a thirty-minute meeting with the Home Secretary, Leon Brittan, after giving him a dossier containing the child abuse allegations. Although Dickens said he was “encouraged” by the meeting, he later expressed concern that PIE had not been banned.
On 29 November 1985, Dickens said in a speech to the Commons that paedophiles were “evil and dangerous” and that child pornography generated “vast sums”. He further claimed that: “The noose around my neck grew tighter after I named a former high-flying British diplomat on the Floor of the House. Honourable Members will understand that where big money is involved and as important names came into my possession so the threats began. First, I received threatening telephone calls followed by two burglaries at my London home. Then, more seriously, my name appeared on a multi-killer’s hit list”. Dickens’ son later said that about the time when the dossier was given to the Home Secretary, the MP’s London flat and constituency home were both broken into but nothing was taken, presumably in a search for documents.
The Labour MP Tom Watson asked the Home Office in February 2013 for Dickens’ dossier. A Home Office review in 2013 concluded that any information requiring investigation was referred to the police but revealed that Mr Dickens’ dossier was “not retained”. After the issue had been raised again by Labour MP Simon Danczuk in July 2014, former Director of Public Prosecutions, Lord Macdonald, said the circumstances in which the dossier had gone missing was alarming and recommended an inquiry into the fate of the dossier.
Prime Minister David Cameron asked the Home Office Permanent Secretary to investigate what had happened to the missing dossier. Danczuk responded that another internal inquiry was merely trying to limit damage, and that a public inquiry was necessary to retain public confidence. The missing dossier has been linked with ongoing investigations into the Elm Guest House child abuse scandal.

There has bee mounting excitement about a dossier compiled in the 1980s that was handed over to then home secretary Leon Britten before allegedly disappearing. The dossier is said to have contained allegations about a multitude of high ranking paedophiles in and around Westminster. The fact that the dossier can no longer be found has lead to rumours that a cover-up took place, allegedly to protect people in high places.
It must be said that the whole affair begins to look rather different once you learn a bit about the origins this dossier. It’s author, Geoffrey Dickens MP, has been described in all media reports, as a campaigner against a child abuse. This he was. Interestingly, he said he was building up a dossier which he hoped would provide concrete proof of the evils of Satanism, which he would be handing on to the police. As the religion blogger Bartholemew notes he pressed for the introduction of new laws against witchcraft, stating that ““If we are to protect children from their sordid, sexual and diabolical grasp, we must bring in new laws to wipe witches off the face of the earth”.

Jimmy Savile’s connections with the Roman Catholic Church are quite interesting first there is his friendship with Basil Hume OSB, OM who was appointed as Archbishop of Westminster in 1976.
Hume was accused in ‘hushing up’ a suspected sexual abuse scandal at Ampleforth College by not calling in the police when he received a complaint from parents in 1975 about Father Piers Grant-Ferris, the son of a Tory peer at Gilling Castle, formerly a prep school for Ampleforth. In 2005, Grant-Ferris admitted 20 incidents of child abuse.
This was not an isolated incident and involved other monks and lay members. The Yorkshire Post reported in 2005; “Pupils at a leading Roman Catholic school suffered decades of abuse from at least six paedophiles following a decision by former Abbot Basil Hume not to call in police at the beginning of the scandal.”
In 1984, Cardinal Hume nominated Jimmy Savile as a member of the Athenaeum, a gentlemen’s club in London’s Pall Mall. Following the posthumous revelation of Savile’s alleged involvement in sexual abuse of minors, members of the club have criticised Hume’s nomination of him for causing embarrassment to the club.

Jimmy Savile was honoured with a Papal knighthood by being made a Knight Commander of the Pontifical Equestrian Order of Saint Gregory the Great (KCSG) by Pope John Paul II in 1990. He was found dead the morning before he had to get up and was allowed to leave the hospital to talk at the enquiry about Resident Schools. Non Canadians really have to read about this, it makes the holocaust a joke (and a lot of things do, like the the forcible removal by foot of 1.5 million to 3 million Armenians from Turkey to Russia/Armenia, which almost all countries consider it to be the Armenian Genocide, except of course the usual suspects, the U.S. and Turkey, where just speaking of it will get you in prison for a lifetime.

It’s interesting what happened to Leah McGrath Goodman In 2012, UK politician John Hemming tabled an early day motion regarding the withdrawal of McGrath Goodman’s UK visa, because she had been prevented from entering the UK after declaring her intentions to investigate allegations of a cover-up regarding the Jersey child abuse investigation, despite having a clean immigration and travel record.
In an interview with RT News, McGrath Goodman stated that she was confused as to why she was not allowed entry into the UK and was therefore unable to catch a connecting flight into Jersey.

Panorama has spoken to seven former residents of the home who all recall abuse. All tell similar stories of being trapped in a brutal regime of physical and mental torture.
Former resident Jean Michel recalled: “Me and my sister would always argue over petty little things you know, end up in little squabbles from it, therefore you just sort of had a little sharp tongue, we’d have soap rammed down our throat for it…”
“It would be grated all along the back of your teeth and his nails would be all against the top of the roof of your mouth.”
Severe pain
Another former resident of Blanche Pierre, Darren said: “They put Dettol in my mouth and swilled it round and it went down my throat and it burnt my throat.
“I could hardly breathe, I was in severe pain, I was screaming because my throat swelled up, I could not breathe and I was burning because it’s undiluted Dettol in my mouth and my throat.
“(They) didn’t even take me to the doctors or anything. I couldn’t breathe properly, I couldn’t eat properly, I couldn’t talk properly and it hurt.”
A neighbour of the Maguire’s recalled some of the treatment given out to the children.
Joyce Symons said: “Darren an older child was put in the corner of the playroom and he was left there to stand sometimes all day in the corner and I would be by my kitchen and the window, my kitchen window looks into the playroom and he’d be stood there crying, a beautiful looking child and it used to make me cry and he used to be hit by what I thought was a stick.”
She said: “Alan Maguire was the one who inflicted the punishment and Jane Maguire would just sit by and let it happen.”

UK security services held on to evidence on Liberal MP Cyril Smith’s child abuse. Ready to prosecute in the late 1960s Lancashire police carried out several investigations into Smith’s behaviour, compiling an 80-page file.
The suggestion is that police were ready to prosecute.
However, veiled threats from local liberals meant the case was dropped and the file locked away in a safe at Special Branch, which has responsibility for national security. Labour MP Jack McCann, Smith’s predecessor as MP for Rochdale, also spoke to the DPP on Smith’s behalf.
By 1977, the Liberal party was the junior party in a pact with the country’s ruling Labour party. MI5 now also took an interest in Smith’s background.
Former Special Branch detective Tony Robinson told Dispatches he was contacted by MI5, who requested he send them the file by special courier. By now Lancashire police, Special Branch and MI5 knew about the allegations.
Lord Steel, who as David Steel led the Liberal party between 1976 and 1988, says he asked Smith about the allegations of child abuse and accepted his denial of wrongdoing.

Kincora: MI5 ‘must hand over files on abuse at east Belfast boys’ home’
The vice-chair of Stormont’s justice committee said an inquiry with the powers to subpoena any information held by the British intelligence services must be set up to investigate abuse at the east Belfast boys’ home.
Sinn Fein’s Raymond McCartney said claims MI5 and others blocked police investigations into the home between 1960 and 1980 had to be thoroughly investigated.

John Colin Wallace linked to the Kincora boys home sexual abuse scandal.
John Colin Wallace is a former British soldier and psychological warfare specialist who was one of the members of the intelligence agency-led ‘Clockwork Orange’ project, which is alleged to have been an attempt to smear various individuals including a number of British politicians in the early 1970s. He also attempted to draw public attention to the Kincora boys home sexual abuse scandal several years before the police finally intervened.

In 1973 and 1974 Wallace was involved with an operation called Clockwork Orange. Wallace alleges that this involved right-wing members of the security services in a disinformation campaign aimed not at paramilitary organisations in Northern Ireland, but at British MPs. He was supported by a covert specialist military troop (possibly an SAS unit made up from specially-trained Northern Ireland personnel). This group was shrouded in secrecy. Journalists from foreign news organisations would be given briefings and shown forged documents, which purported to show that politicians were speaking at Irish republican rallies or were receiving secret deposits in Swiss bank accounts.
People named by Wallace as having been targeted in this manner include Harold Wilson, Edward Heath, Merlyn Rees, Cyril Smith, Tony Benn and Ian Paisley.

Ex-model and Benny Hill girl Nikki Critcher claims she learned about the cast of Savile’s teeth through Harley Street dentist Dr Mace Joffe, who died in 2003.
She told the newspaper: “He told us he had to go up to Leeds and take a cast of Jimmy Savile’s teeth. He said he had been told by police that Savile was known to them for using prostitutes and that he had been a potential suspect.”

Operation Yewtree
Operation Yewtree is a controversial police investigation into sexual abuse allegations, predominantly the abuse of children, against the British media personality Jimmy Savile and others. The investigation, led by the Metropolitan Police Service, started in October 2012. After a period of assessment it became a full criminal investigation, involving inquiries into living people as well as Savile.
On 19 October 2012 the Metropolitan Police reported that more than 400 lines of enquiry had been assessed and over 200 potential victims had been identified. By 19 December, eight people had been questioned; the total number of alleged victims was 589, of whom 450 alleged abuse by Savile. The report of the investigations into the activities of Savile himself was published, as Giving Victims a Voice, in January 2013. Operation Yewtree continued as an investigation into others, some but not all linked with Savile.

Official statistics, published annually, show the amount of child sexual abuse recorded by authorities in the year. The problem is much bigger than shown in official statistics, as most crimes are not disclosed and/or reported.
Most sexual abuse isn’t reported, detected or prosecuted. Most children don’t tell anyone that they’re being sexually abused. It’s a crime that is usually only witnessed by the abuser and the victim.

Aleister Crowley was an English occultist, magician, poet, painter, novelist, and mountaineer and founding of the religion and philosophy of Thelema, identifying himself as the prophet.
He was educated at the University of Cambridge, where some biographers allege that he was recruited by a British intelligence agency, further claiming that he remained a spy throughout his life.

Hi there, this is my first post here. Has anyone looked into the labyrinthine connections between CSICOP, the False Memory Syndrome Foundation, Prometheus Books and “PAIDIKA” the one-time pro-Paedophilia magazine?
There was a great deal to be found on the web about this about ten years ago, but now it’s quite hard to find, but worth pursuing as it implies covert attempts by the intelligentsia to “normalise” pedophilia. Those attempts may have gone further underground in recent years, but I doubt they’ve been abandoned entirely.
In brief outline, here are the facts. Prometheus Books was founded by Paul Kurtz, who was also one of the founder-members of CSICOP.

I think it can be argued this is the unspoken belief-system of many in the elite, and the whole CSICOP/FMSF movement was a thus far unsuccessful bid to nudge such ideas into the mainstream. There’s more to be uncovered, but the info online has depleted greatly, and may be vanishing altogether as the campaign dives back underground.

These three are today’s political power tools I believe. Blackmail seems most interesting, but what could Mr.X hold against him? I am very happy with James’ ideas about open source investigation. I hope we may further develop these ideas in a technical as well as a more methodological sense. Anyway, the results for me personally are already very satisfying.
But what about the Dutch. Being one myself, I tried to discuss these subjects with my family and friends in the Netherlands. I found none of them even wants to listen to me. I get a ‘please shut up’ at best and a number of them just do not answer my emails any more! This is a bizarre situation and meanwhile I think it may be typical for the state of affairs in today’s world.

I’ve been linked to this site before. I’m happy with all the work he’s doing (the defrocked priest) about the mass graves around the residential schools in Canada where it’s illegal to dig….but a couple years ago he was saying that if Harper didn’t bend to his will, he had some European Judges whom he couldn’t name then who would force Canada to allow the digging of the mass graves.
I stopped paying attention to said site when nothing happened. Although good testimonies, especially the one dude who died on his hospital bed the day before he was going to court (he was able enough to do so) in Vancouver to testify that the Queen and Prince Phillip(? I think), came to their school, had a picnic with the whole school’s kids and then left with 10 children never to be seen again). He died the night in his hospital bed, of course. Not hard to sneak into anyone’s room in Canada, have a syringe full of morphine and just overdose somebody when I think of it, security is very lax in Canadian hospitals….especially if the government wants it to be, I imagine.
