July 15 Update!
Toni Anderson was murdered because she “saw something” and needed to be “taken care of”.
The something is DRUGS! Big time!
Rusty May…AKA Charles Russell Hopkins IS the major player in her abduction and death! Suffice it to say…May was working with and still does…the cartels to bring drugs into this country using the importing of “machinery parts”. Cocaine from Guatamala and heroin from the middle east. FBI agents had the dirt on him but all of a sudden were told to “leave it alone’! He has a free pass and get out of jail card ONLY in the “realms of time”!
Toni somehow got caught up in this and either saw something or was asked to partake of something and said no… but in either case Toni became a threat. That is the reason why she was “drugged”at Chrome and told to “gather yourself” by Ficken…May’s buddy orchestrated what happened to Toni.
She was NOT drunk or high on cocaine. She was DRUGGED either at Chrome or by May/Hopkins. May is documented to be there at the QT in his RED CADILLAC, So are at least 3 NKCP SUV’s and not by coincidence! They ALL were there to make sure Toni was no longer a liability to their “network”…Ficken, Kimmel, Romine and especially FBI boy Major Kevin Freeman who was a major player in all of this and they all knew May and worked with him to deal with Toni Anderson.
Alonzo Washington/KC Crime Fighter knows this. KCPD cops know this. The FBI knows this. Comey knew this. This is why Forte “retired”…he knew this too as well as former FBI Special Agent in Charge in KC..Eric Jackson. THEY ALL KNEW THIS.
Rusty May somehow screwed up. He was told to “take care of YOUR problem” by his bosses and with the help of his “drug buddies” in the NKCPD…”they did”! Cash from one side of the Missouri River to the other to all the right “pockets” equals a cover-up of the abduction and murder of Toni Anderson.

3/13/2017 My gut says…Toni Anderson is more then likely DEAD and or…if still alive…will never live long enough to tell the truth about what the NKCPD officers did to her either directly and or with the help of others. They have lied from the beginning to this day and have to continue to do so because they know they are GUILTY as does the FBI which is no surprise being the serial killers of innocents history that is on their bloody resume which includes murdering with “head shots” innocent mothers holding their babies, burning to death men women and children and the history of protecting serial raping and murdering pedophiles in high places they worked for…and their agents…say Terry Nelson…working with Mexican drug cartels to bring drugs into the United States from Canada through the Ft. Peck Assinaboine Sioux Reservation in Montana and protecting then Governor Marc Racicots direct involvement!
In other words…Toni Anderson will never be heard from or seen again ALIVE if at all!

From the very beginning of the news about Toni Anderson my “gut” said NKCPD. Many disagree with all kinds of commentaries and abject rejection of such an assumption and that is fine.
But in looking at the pattern of events starting with the first stop to the ONLY video from across the street from the Quick Trip…that video shows Toni being followed OUT of QT by two NKCPD cops and within how long…a text is sent to her best friend “OMG I am being stopped AGAIN” and never heard from again nor her car found…nothing.
It took close to 3 days in spite of her “missing as reported in the news” for the KCPD to announce that NCKPD stopped her. Some have said “scam”, others…”taking money and running”, others “sugar daddy” and the list on the “normal” kool-aid social media menus continues to this day.
With that said…and as I have reviewed and hopefully each of you have also done the same… when and where and by what Police Department ANYWHERE in this country has there been a total blackout and refusal to release ANY information that could assist in finding out what happened to her. And I am not talking about the “convenient” release of a “ping” info release a LONG time after she vanished.
I am talking about the QT video…the dash cams of the cops FIRST STOP to start with. Why would any PD refuse to release that information when it only connects NKCPD to Toni in the first stop and her being followed by.
I am talking about the release of the dash cams of those very officers for their whole shift. I am taking about the latest FORD SUV’s which are fitted with “tracking information” to be released to show where they were from the time Toni left QT to when they got off shift. I am talking about if any cam on any vehicle or officer was “turned off” or “malfunctioned”.
I am talking about the NKCPD officers involved “cell phone records” during their shift…who they talked to and where to. Ping them in other words as well as WHO they contacted and when during their shift.
I am talking about their refusal to release ANY information to help a case that they say is not one of “foul play” but “just missing”. But they say…”We are doing everything to help”…
And unfortunately…the parents evidently believe the GUILTY COPS because they have said or done nothing according to “instructions’.
IF this was a scam…then the cops had to be in on it to some degree…think about that. That means it was “planned” for her to be FIRST stopped by NKCPD at least once with the understanding Toni planned to text a LIE that would implicate them and they knew it…or they set up the “arrangements” after a “second stop” by them or friends of either Toni or the cops so that she would disappear without a trace. …oh oh… really?
All of her very best friends…family etc etc etc…have not heard one word from her since that night…unless they have and are lying…and were a part of this elaborate plan that only a genius could concoct. And including Pete 1 and Pete 2…spending all that time searching…setting up a petition where close to 2000 signed and they took to the City of Gladstone and the NKCPD office to have at least some of the information released to help find out what happened to her.
Another gut feeling is that as everyone knows…sexual perverts in police departments…who go to the topless bars on a regular basis…and who are also “dirty cops” with the NKCPD being one such force according to a number of attorney’s in North Kansas City. And that there were some from that department who frequented “Chrome”.
And that they knew her…visited with her etc…while at the same time…were also in contact with “others” who also saw her…and they talked about her being a “candidate” for “SEX TRAFFICKING” and that they being familiar with her “routine” decided to “make a move” and “get r done” with Toni Anderson.
Given the timing of the 2d text…I consider it very unlikely there was a “impersonator” since the one video showed her being followed out of QT by NKCPD and that the timing of the 2d text was within “minutes” of her leaving and going north. KCPD and NKCPD refused from the beginning to acknowledge she was even missing in the news or “officially” for 3 days. Why is that when KCPD and other LE release almost IMMEDIATELY videos, dash cams of their own and others…say the recent shooting…armed robberies and photos of perps whenever and wherever a crime took place…
Last case scenario is that when they stopped her a second time (prove otherwise by releasing above information)…that something went WAY WRONG…including abuse…beating…and realizing that there were “no witnesses”…they had to “do something”. She could have been beaten…or died or whatever but something not good so the NKCPD had to do something to protect and cover themselves and prepare an elaborate cover their ass story which took 3 days to prepare up to the “confession” by their “brothers in blue”…the KCPD to make the announcement that NKCPD did in fact stop her a “first time”…as if the NKCPD did not know or see the news.
Good for the cam from the business from across the street huh? And the witnesses at QT who the Sunshine Boys In Blue have MADE SURE that video has not or ever will be released!
My gut says they are GUILTY until PROVEN INNOCENT and even more so because the FBI IS TOTALLY SILENT when it comes to this pattern of the NKCPD withholding any and all information that not only would help find out what happened to Toni Anderson but also…
IMPLICATE THEM DIRECTLY WITH WHAT HAPPENED TO TONI ANDERSON!
And if so…then the FBI IS COMPLICIT in hiding this information and is the ONLY LEGAL ENTITY TO GET THE ABOVE INFORMATION OUT OF THE DARK CHAMBERS WHERE THE SUNSHINE LAW WAS CREATED!
The family needs to file a CIVIL RIGHTS LAW SUIT AGAINST NORTH KANSAS CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE OFFICERS INVOLVED IN HER STOP FOR WITHHOLDING INFORMATION THAT WOULD HELP FIND THEIR DAUGHTER!

KCPD/NKCPD REFUSES to release Quick Trip video which would allow for a more clear picture of at least ONE NKCPD cop following Toni Anderson after she left if not two…going in the same direction.
KCPD/NKCPD REFUSES to release ANY dash cam of and from the officers involved in the first stop of Toni Anderson let alone any information as to their location after she left QT or whether or not they turned off their dash cams during their shift
KCPD/NKCPD REFUSES to reveal their locations using the PING ID tracking of their cell phones after Toni Anderson left QT.
KCPD/NKCPD REFUSES to use their own built into the two NKCPD officers SUVs that stopped Anderson and where they went after the one followed her out of QT.
This denied and snuffed circumstantial evidence makes them complicit in what happened to her as well as “obstructing justice” given they are the LAST ONES to see her alive!
As for the PARKVILLE PING of her phone…and given NKCPD officers are involved directly and indirectly…they have the “wisdom” to use her cell phone to “divert” attention from them. If she was abducted…then the question should be asked…why the cops refuse to release information about them while at the same time allow for “PingID” to Parkville for how long?

We all know if this was a felon committing a crime…all info would be released. And if a cop was “missing”…any and all information I am addressing would be released. The only reason not releasing information about Toni Anderson is a COVER-UP by the KCPD. By the way…dash cam footage is recorded for 2 months at least. Other road cams video’s information images are erased sooner which is why KCPD is stalling period.

OH OH… the “abductor list” is now reduced to “OMG I am being stopped again”! NKCPD LIED from the beginning about their direct involvement even though they saw the news and said NOTHING for close to 3 days. This was not a matter of “missing time line of waiting 24-48 hours” as their groupies would say to justify this but rather a young woman vanishing ‘instantly” with her last communication to a friend saying “OMG…I am being stopped AGAIN!”
Any logical mind would and should be able to connect the 1st stop which she did NOT say a thing about…having time to do so and yes as friends said…she was stopped a lot…to her last communication when she texted and said AGAIN…which in the context of the FIRST stop by and which the NKCPD hid from the public until they had time to come up with contradictory stories meant NKCPD!. Even one reporter stated to me that the KCPD information changed continually.
There was no release of ANY video until later and that from a cam not at the Quick Trip in North Kansas City she “was directed to” by the NCKPD cop…as if she was lost which was not the case. She knew the area and was going either to another business which she had been to before or to see some friends in KCMO.
Right after her last text was the immediate turning off of her tracking system in her car and the needed information of time and location when that was done which only a “professional” would know about doing. So who got to the insurance company who said and have not yet released that information. Say the “abductors”.
Which begs the question and I will answer that…the reason why that was not released by KCPD was because NKCPD cops were there and turned off that system KNOWING that it would let everyone know where Anderson’s last location was at and timing wise…very important. And who would not want this information out? Say the “abductors”.
Dash cams.
IF the cops are not involved then answering these questions with documentation would clear them as being the “abductors” which is why the FBI needs to investigate the NKCP officers involved.
So one of two cop connected scenarios took place…when they stopped her a 2d time…is that she resisted and got hurt or worse and of course with NO witnesses…they like most cops who do things to innocent with NO witnesses…dash cam record “snuffed” or turned off necessary for them to clean up what happened.
No witness…no DASH cams sharing what happened to her during the 2nd stop. Did they arrest her? Or if she resisted being stopped again and pulled out of her car…was she hurt bad or worse? This is why I believe the 2nd stop dash cam on their vehicle was turned off before the stop or hidden. With it off…and 2 officers involved…she can be transported in hers by the one which is why her tracking system was turned off immediately after the last text and which for whatever reason the insurance company refuses to release on who’s “orders”? Say “abductors”.Â
As for the other option…calling their gang banging buddies in the hood and saying they have a problem…”come and get her”…and if that happened…and if she was alive that by now she has been gang raped…beaten…drugged…sent somewhere in or out of the country for “trafficking” or body disposed of. ”
Her car may show up but I doubt it. If it does it won’t be intact but torched because the last thing the perps would want would be any DNA evidence. Probably a friendly chop shop or crusher got the car or sent to Mexico.
The problem for the guilty whoever they are is that GOD is a witness to their lies and what they did to and with Toni. hey can lie in the realms of time and escape justice in but NOT in the realms of eternity where there liars and murderers will be consigned with their father the Devil in the Lake of Fire and Brimstone FOREVER and this when the boys in blue FLATLINE,
