I am sharing this after I contacted Michael S. Stewart WHO IS A FORMER COP and POLICE CHIEF who had been following my blog and because of the comments he made. He then shared his experiences with NKCPD and the information about the law suit which I looked up and have used to name Ficken and the other LE officers in my blogs.

This blog is to inform my readers that NOW rogue NKCPD Officer and Murderer of Toni Anderson Bill Ficken who lives in Parkville near Stewart is now threatening and intimidating Stewart and his wife with his NKCPD buddy Christopher Kimmel by slowly driving by this man’s home where he and his wife reside.

Why?

Because this man…Michael S. Stewart of Parkville, Mo had filed a personal injury law suit against 3 NKCPD officers and other LE from three departments on Monday, August 8. In the suit, Stewart and his wife, Jennifer Stewart, seek damages in excess of $2.7 million stemming from alleged incidents in August of 2014. Click HERE to read article about the law suit.

The suit alleges three separate counts of excessive force, two counts of failure to protect constitutional rights, and individual counts of wrongful arrest and conspiracy. Ficken brutally beat Stewart when he was handcuffed, tasered him and then chocked him so that he could not breath and passed out. Then Ficken laughed about it to Stewart’s wife.

Keep in mind that NKCPD Ficken lives in PARKVILLE where her murdered Toni Anderson who was found in her car  in the Missouri River. (The other two officers involved in her murder live in Kearney Missouri.)

Ficken was also involved in the violent tasering of a woman named Angela M.Roberts at North Kansas City hospital. She was brutally and forcefully subdued, then put into the back of a NKCPD vehicle by a cop and a hospital security officer vehicle handcuffed and tased at least 6 times until she passed out. After that she remembered nothing. NCKPD was sued.

Ficken was involved in another law suit where he unnecessarily conducted a criminal background check on the husband of a woman with whom he was having an affair. Timothy Gilliam is suing the officer, Gary W. Ficken Jr.; the city of North Kansas City; its police department; and Police Chief Glenn L. Ladd in U.S. District Court in Kansas City.

So if for some “strange reason” anything happens to Stewart know NOW who the guilty are. And it won’t be a vehicle accident, a suicide, a drowning as a result of driving down a ramp because he Stewart got lost in a state of confusion while playing “Pokemon” or died of a drug overdose or he hand a unexpected heart attack. It will because Ficken and brothers murdered him!
