Toni Anderson was murdered because she “saw something” and needed to be “taken care of”.

The something is DRUGS! Big time!

Rusty May…AKA Charles Russell Hopkins IS the major player in her abduction and death! Suffice it to say…May was working with and still does…the cartels to bring drugs into this country using the importing of “machinery parts”. Cocaine from Guatamala and heroin from the middle east. FBI agents had the dirt on him but all of a sudden were told to “leave it alone’! He has a free pass and get out of jail card ONLY in the “realms of time”!

She was NOT drunk or high on cocaine. She was DRUGGED either at Chrome or by May/Hopkins. May is documented to be there at the QT in his RED CADILLAC, So are at least 3 NKCP SUV’s and not by coincidence! They ALL were there to make sure Toni was no longer a liability to their “network”…Ficken, Kimmel, Romine and especially FBI boy Major Kevin Freeman who was a major player in all of this and they all knew May and worked with him to deal with Toni Anderson.

Alonzo Washington/KC Crime Fighter knows this. KCPD cops know this. The FBI knows this. Comey knew this. This is why Forte “retired”…he knew this too as well as former FBI Special Agent in Charge in KC..Eric Jackson. THEY ALL KNEW THIS.

INTRODUCTION: Toni Anderson did not drown. She did not turn onto the boat ramp and slide into the river. She did not die from drugs/cocaine/heroin in her system. She did not get lost  playing Pokeman and turn into the Missouri River. She did not have an accident and end up in the river. She was not meeting with a “hook up” behind her boyfriends back or to meet up with drug dealers. She did not commit suicide.  She was never “missing”. There was “Foul Play” and it wasn’t a “fake cop” or her “boyfriend”. She and her car were not in the Missouri River for 2 months.

She had to be cremated before a 2d autopsy to hide the evidence of her murder. She was abducted, raped and murdered by “domestic terrorists” and NKCPD rogue cop William Ficken,Romine and Kimmel…his “Brothers In Blue”.

Her “official cause of death” will be “drowning w/drugs in her system” as written in the final chapter of the script found in their “Book Of Lies” as to what they did to Toni Anderson believing the truth would never be known.

And the truth IS…

In the beginning… “However, KCPD, who has reached out to all surrounding agencies, say they have no record of Anderson or pulling her over Sunday.

“We have no indications that she was pulled over by an officer with the Kansas City Missouri Police Department,” said Sgt. Kari Thompson, KCPD.

Police told KWCH-TV that there are no signs of foul play at this point, “meaning there is no active search.” But investigators have been following leads, tracking down evidence and interviewing family members, friends and her boyfriend, according to reports.

“We’ve spoken with family members, friends and co-workers but unfortunately still no sign of Toni’s whereabouts,” Kansas City Police spokesman Darrin Snapp told the Wichita Eagle on Thursday. “There is no evidence of foul play but her disappearance is very concerning.”

Police said like in other missing persons cases, Anderson may have left on her own, KWCH reports. But her mother told KHSB it’s unlike her daughter to be out of contact with her loved ones or to leave on her own.

The lies spread far and wide about  forever “Missing Woman Who Was Not A Victim of Foul Play. A constant streaming of “assumptions and questions raised” by the KCPD and were written and designed by the FBI and KCPD to make sure the real murderers of Toni Anderson…the NAMED NKCPD cops who stopped her the SECOND TIME, ABUDUCTED AND MURDERED HER would never come into question.

The most important and final KCPD statement was made by Capt. Stacey Graves when Toni’s car was found with her in it with the words “No Foul Play”!

Kansas City police on Monday said detectives were working to get a positive identification of the body found, but Anderson’s mother has said the body belonged to her daughter.

“I can’t confirm anything that has been told to the family of Toni Anderson, but I can say that at this point we don’t have any evidence that suggests foul play,” said Capt. Stacey Graves, a spokeswoman for Kansas City police.

“It’s still an ongoing investigation that detectives are working on so I won’t be able to speak any further about that.”

Apparently, the 20-year-old was fully clothed when she was recovered from the vehicle and suffered nothing more than a bruise on her knee. Her window was open and her seatbelt was off.

Anderson came to the conclusion her daughter “became confused” early in the morning after being pulled over by a North Kansas City police officer and ended up at the boat ramp before sliding into the river.

Explaining her envisioned scenario, Liz Anderson said,

“She got freaked out. She got lost and she got confused, or whatever. It was still dark. She was on the boat ramp and tried to back out. The ramp was icy and she slid into the river.

She was fully clothed. It must have happened so quick. It was so cold. She must have instantly gone into shock. I can see how it could happen.”

The Kansas City Police Department told FOX 4 they have not found any evidence to suggest foul play was involved. “They have indicated to us that they viewed the condition of the body. There was no physical trauma, no sign of struggle, nothing to indicate any violence or foul play involved with that,” Brian Anderson told FOX 4 News.

Toni was identified by the clothes she was wearing. LIE BY CALDWELL! Toni was wearing SWEATS when she left work! Caldwell told Holly Gene Custer SHE WAS WEARING JEANS WHEN FOUND!

But they did say…they did find a bruise on her knee where she disconnected her GPS at the Quick Trip!

The FBI should arrest each NKCPD cop named in what happened to Toni and this is why!

FBI can hack into a cell phone (Say NKCPD phones) track, computers and GPS using a “Global GPS Positioning System” for tracking, cell phone information including calls by anyone like Toni Anderson and any rogue police that they are suspected of a crime.

This is what the FBI either did not do…or I believe DID with Toni’s phone but worked with KCPD to hide the information even though she was officially only “Missing” to the day she was found.

Mobile phone tracking refers to the attaining of the current position of a mobile phone, stationary or moving. Localization may occur either via multilateration of radio signals between (several) radio towers of the network and the phone, or simply via GPS. To locate the phone using multilateration of radio signals, it must emit at least the roaming signal to contact the next nearby antenna tower, but the process does not require an active call. Therefore I believe they knew by definition of their job description every single detail about what happened to Toni Anderson and by who.

I have been following this case since the very beginning from the sidelines. Only recently joined WS though and as of yet have not been moved to post. That is until now with all the ridiculous back and forth arguing I’ve been reading through the last thread and the Pokemon crap.

For the love of God, please give up the Pokemon theory. It’s absurd and has been so aggravating to read that I’m finally prompted to say something and make my first post. Enough! Must you continue to press over and over such an asinine theory? The girl didn’t die playing Pokemon Go. And if you are so sure maybe she did, I think you’ve made your point and we know your opinion on it by now – time to move on and let it go.

I have believed that Tony was pulled over twice that night from the start. And it’s fascinating to me that they actually admitted recently on CrimeWatch to the “officer following her out.” That was a bombshell. I believe that there were two police officers (which has been kept hidden) and I believe she was a target of sexual assault and I believe she was murdered (not killed by Pokemon Go). Why? Because they denied the original stop. They had to admit to it because of the text to Roxy. Then the video came out from a nearby store and they had to admit the stop was at a different location. All of this meant they also had to change the time line. They had access early on to the Quick Trip footage yet never altered the time line for her leaving QT. LE always said 4:42 am. Then suddenly it jumps to 4:49 am way later so that it fits with their claim she was only pulled over once. How convenient. I believe after she was killed which very well could have been an accident during the sexual assault that multiple shady characters were involved in a conspiracy to cover it up and that her vehicle had been in the water for only a short amount of time before being discovered.

I will continue to believe these things until:

1)ashcam footage from the 1st stop is released
2) QT surveillance footage is released
3) GPS coordinates and location of police cars in that area at the time of her disappearance are released
4) Dispatch audio is released showing that the stop was called in
5) length of stop and time is established by dashcam footage release
6) Cell phone coordinates and where they pinged in the area of her disappearance by local police is released
7) The names of the officers involved in her stop are released

I also believe that she was involved in a shady world that involved drugs and drug dealing and that money is always a strong motive whether you’re a police officer engaged in possible illegal activities like moving confiscated drugs or you’re full on drug dealer moving serious quantity or you’re someone in between.

I believe that whatever is on the dashcam footage will show why she disabled her GPS at the QT as well. But sadly, I believe nobody should be shocked when it is revealed at some point that no dashcam footage exists or it was deleted or they keep it expired or they block the release.

The only thing that consistently smells bad here and stinks is the shifting bad info from LE plus refusing to release a single bit of footage from that night which tells me something is rotten with LE. When you have a missing person and they don’t even release a still photo from surveillance showing the clothes/hair she was last seen wearing,
……that’s a huge red flag.

We have IMO a sexual assault by two officers, a possible accidental death or murder and a massive cover up.

There are so many simple things LE could do to put this to rest. Their refusal to do so and their ever-changing stories and time lines tells me they are involved.

The company I own has specialized in vehicle recovery since 1981. A large percentage of recoveries are for LE.

It is not logical in any way to purposely bring up a vehicle sideways to hide a body from view of media or helicopters. The number one priority is to recover the vehicle without causing more damage–many many techniques available to accomplish this successfully–number two priority is not to further contaminate the scene and vehicle being recovered.

It’s so very easy to use a tarp the moment the vehicle starts to emerge from the water. Really easy and every crime scene / forensic / detective has access to tarps as standard equipment. My company always carries new sealed tarps for this purpose and any company doing LE recovery that’s professional should as well. Often the divers–really almost always–stay in the water to facilitate removal of the vehicle and get it covered the moment it starts to come out of the water.

Vehicle recovery is slow process the car just doesn’t bob up unexpectedly–so plenty of time to control the scene.

Forensic LE dive teams in my experience are phenomenal folks. Not saying everywhere they are great but in all the years I’ve done this the divers usually are just great.

No matter how good, experienced, conscientious and how clear the water might be divers are NO substitute for a through forensic examination of a recovered vehicle in a controlled and secure environment.

I have seen a lot of talk about how divers could tell if windows were rolled down or broken out. This is actually easy to accomplish by gently pulling back the lip of the window gasket and using s light to see if the window is retracted into the door panel. You can try this yourself safely in your driveway.

The recovery IMO was horribly flawed. A professional company with trained and experienced personnel and proper equipment absolutely could, should and would have recovered her Focus without causing any substantial additional damage. I cringed when I saw how the car was being dragged. I have seen sloppy companies before but never ever ever to this level. It’s embarrassing because a county guy or gal with a jacked up pick-up and a couple chains that grew up on a farm could have pulled her car out without rolling it over and causing damage. I’m serious. Every farm gets stuck tractors and rolling them over or damaging them is bad for the checkbook.

Just the way they used what we call a J-Hook to attach to one point on the car is horrible. There should have been proper rigging, a minimum of two points of attachment, snatch blocks, double winch lines and so many other things done to get her car out the way it was underwater without damage.

I spoke to this on another post but this is the worst recovery I’ve seen for a potential crime scene. Honestly.

Then to transport her car using an auto loader / aka Repo truck with the front wheels turning on a FWD car—potentially destroyed so much evidence.

The only time you drag a car the way her Focus was dragged is IF and only IF it’s a “simple accident” without injuries and no crime investigation. Example 3 weeks ago we recovered a mini-van from a river that fell off a competitors truck because the driver didn’t properly secure it. That’s a hook and drag because the van is totaled and there is no crime or investigation. Even if it’s a crash with minor injuries you better believe the personal injury attorneys will sue the living daylights out of a recovery company that improperly recovers a vehicle affecting their personal injury lawsuits!!!!

ok wait a minute. Would the dash cam pick up the conversation? I’m trying to think if when watching dash cams in the past if audio can be heard and I think yes. Sometimes they put up the subtitles.

So does it seem like Caldwell is just repeating what he has been told? Wouldn’t and rather should he confidently say something more to the effect of, Toni told the officer that she needed gas. period. confident.

I’m not sure what you mean by Pete Jr was ‘Allowed’ to be publicly speculated. Pete Jr allowed himself to be speculated, crucified, and desolated. He did not have to conduct interviews with the media. It was his choice. There is very little reference to him on Toni’s SM accounts so he could have easily stood on the sideline if he so pleased.

If there was evidence of a bruise she wasn’t in a fast moving river current for 2 months. Don’t argue its winter because it’s been a very unseasonably warm winter, I don’t think any lakes around here even froze over this year which is quite rare.

The point I was making is if Toni were in the river for six plus weeks they would not have seen a bruise on her leg. I did a lot of research on decomposition while submerged in water. From what I found the cold water of the Missouri river may have caused a very small lessening in the decomposition, it takes being encased in ice to stop decomposition and very very cold water to decrease it. Missouri did have a warm winter. The water was in the thirties and forties through out that six week period of time. If Toni’s body was in good shape, I would say the body had been put there just a short time before the car was found. The Mom most likely did not want to think about how bad the decomposition was. The parents did not identify the body which tells me the body was severely decomposed.

something i’m curious about. the guy from the sonar team gives a detailed description of the condition the car was found in on the bottom of the river as if he was the diver. BUT HE WAS’NT so how does he know. looking at the river in the video, i would guess the resue and salvage divers did’nt see anything either, in these situations they tend to work by touch and feel. visibility is usually poor to none. if you look at how the suv came out, it was on it’s wheels, leading one to believe that was its orientation on the bottom. but toni’s car came out on its roof. if you look at the strap locations, some are at the wheels, meaning they wer’nt buried in silt. car was on its roof. even though sonar guy leads people to believe otherwise

I have a gut feeling there is more to it and too political for us to know. If they were stating she was driving at a high speed, lost control and plunged into the lake I could accept that. Turning into a boat launch without any connection we know of and submerging and drowning… nope. I am an experienced kayaker, sailor and have launched many of boats. Launches don’t drop that quickly. There are small schools of fish reported around the launch on the fishing site ( that is not loading). It’s not a deep launch…

If launches were easily mistaken as a road there would be a “whole lotta” drunk fisherman at the bottom of many lakes!

I’ll just say this. This is one of the only cases I can recall where the details from LE (or someone) about the case seemed to change as realities were exposed.

1. She didn’t get pulled over — scrutiny and cell phone proof — ok, she got pulled over, we were unaware.
2. She got pulled over at 9:40 — bank information from family gives concrete time for her at QT — ok, she got pulled over at 4:25 — our bad…
3. Her phone was disconnected at 9:30 pm – car is found submerged and it becomes obvious it could only be active if not in that car — err.. 9:30pm disconnection time was bad information all along.

How were her belongings in her car with the window down? The didn’t float out???

Exactly my thoughts. Why would she have her window down when it was so cold in the middle of the night? Also, how could the body and belongings remain in the vehicle when fully submerged in water? Also, if the current of the water was enough to have possibly moved the car along somewhat, how would her possessions remain in the vehicle? This is all so unbelievable.

Unless she there was enough impact to injure her (and thus deploy the airbag), I just don’t understand how she didn’t have time to get out of the car. Regardless of whether she went in front or back end first. The car didn’t sink in 10 seconds.

It still seems extremely unlikely that she just got “turned around.” Getting onto that boat launch would take a very deliberate effort. Who on earth would make a hairpin turn down a hill toward a river on purpose when there were other much clearer, less treacherous options for turning around within feet? I don’t buy it for a minute. And that park doesn’t seem to be the kind of place you would just happen to stumble upon. Who would go so far off of a well-marked highway into the dark if they had become lost? Do you think we will ever learn why she was north/northwest of the city that night in the first place?

They are describing the end of this event with Toni leaving the area going south. I understand why they falsely claimed she left the gas station. Can you figure it out?
