She was NOT drunk or high on cocaine. She was DRUGGED either at Chrome or by May/Hopkins. May is documented to be there at the QT in his RED CADILLAC, So are at least 3 NKCP SUV’s and not by coincidence! They ALL were there to make sure Toni was no longer a liability to their “network”…Ficken, Kimmel, Romine and especially FBI boy Major Kevin Freeman who was a major player in all of this and they all knew May and worked with him to deal with Toni Anderson.

I am contacting you for the specific purpose of informing you about the “community” in which one of your casinos is located this being the community of North Kansas City where your Harrah’s North Kansas City is operating in and specifically One Riverboat Drive North Kansas City, MO 64116.
I believe it will be of paramount importance for you to discover that North Kansas City has a documented “Code of Conduct” that includes a history of police brutality including the cover-up and murder of a woman by officers of the North Kansas City Police Department and with the full legal and financial support of the North Kansas City Government including the Mayor and City Council and City Prosecutor.
Below are legal cases and named the attorneys used to defend the named NKCPD officers guilty of brutality. The attorneys are paid out of the revenues generated from your casino as well as the officers salaries. In other words, you unknowingly are subsidizing “legalized” police brutality and the documented cover-up of the abduction and death of a woman named Toni Anderson by NKCPD officers who are being protected by fellow NKCPD officers and the Missouri Sun Shine law formulated to do just that.
Two particular cases of brutality by North Kansas City Police officers is about a former Police Chief and officer who was brutalized and another of a woman. Both cases took place at North Kansas City Hospital which North Kansas City owns. The named attorneys defending the named NKCPD cops make considerable monies which also ome from the revenues which Harrah’s generates for NKC.
All of the criminal behavior is sanctioned by the NKC City Government including the Mayor, the City Council and the City Prosecutor all of whom are paid by the revenues from Harrah’s
I am assuming that Harrah’s and Ceasars Entertainments “Public Image” is of great importance to you. With women as primary targets of NKCPD brutality and murder, then that image in the minds of women customers and their families should be of great concern. The obvious and documented history of NKCPD law breaking includes a pattern of withholding incriminating information such as dash cams, videos from the street and from the North Kansas City Hospital as well as the location and identification of the officers involved in these cases which for me confirms corruption and guilt. Even more so is the case of Toni Anderson as found in the link below.
The named attorneys in the law suits below have links to their offices and there are articles and documents for your examination. You might want to contact them and ask them why they are defending criminal cops and how much they are being paid from “Harrah’s revenues”. This should inspire you to do what is necessary to take action. I know you have the power and money with your connections to “clean up” North Kansas City where your casino resides such that your Public Image” will no longer be tainted by the unlawful and brutal actions by North Kansas Police under the watchful and approving eye of the government of North Kansas City! The named officers should be fired and indicted and those who have supported them should be fired.
Lastly Ms. Blackhurst, my gut as a former combat Marine feels that you as a woman would have zero toleration of the abuse of women by any law enforcement and that you did not tolerated the same as Mayor of Las Vegas realizing that any city…and in this case North Kansas City… that a city that legally sanctions the brutality and possible murder of women and defend those guilty that you yourself would cease doing business at that casino in that “community” where it resides and go elsewhere.
As for North Kansas City Hospital which is owned by NKC who protects their criminal cops…this hospital and their “Meritas Health Physicians Nurses” is also affected. Say public image. I for one would not want to go to a hospital where the security guards who are off duty NKCPD cops who have a proven history of brutalizing men and women and get away with it could do the same to me and get away with it. More so with women because these same security guards are sexual predators at the hospital of the same as documented below.

Harrah’s employs 800, according to research from the Kansas City Business Journal. It is North Kansas City’s third-largest private-sector employer, behind North Kansas City-based Cerner Corp. (Nasdaq: CERN) and North Kansas City Hospital.
According to data [PDF] from the Missouri Gaming Commission, Harrah’s North Kansas City brought in about $175 million in revenue for the fiscal year that ended June 30 — down 3 percent from the previous fiscal year, when it had $179.9 million in revenue. The casino brought in $87 million in revenue during the first six months of the present fiscal year.
LeAnn McCarthy, a Missouri Gaming Commission spokeswoman, said the casino produced about $36.8 million in tax revenue during fiscal 2014, with 10 percent going to North Kansas City and 90 percent to the state. The casino collected another $7.7 million in admission fees, which are split evenly between the city and the state, McCarthy said.
