Notice in the BILL FICKEN STAGED STOP…THE LICENSE PLATE WAS COVERED AND WHY? Because Toni’s car was in the Missouri River with the plate still on it! Notice they blocked the Plate when the car was pulled out of the water from where it was put the night they abducted her!
