Toni Anderson was murdered because she “saw something” and needed to be “taken care of”.

The something is DRUGS! Big time! And FORTE knows this and this is why he “retired”…a true “NO SNITCH FERAL BLACK BITCH” in Blue! Free Mason too!

 

Rusty May…AKA Charles Russell Hopkins IS the major player in her abduction and death! Suffice it to say…May was working with and still does…the cartels to bring drugs into this country using the importing of “machinery parts”. Cocaine from Guatamala and heroin from the middle east. FBI agents had the dirt on him but all of a sudden were told to “leave it alone’! He has a free pass and get out of jail card ONLY in the “realms of time”!

Toni somehow got caught up in this and either saw something or was asked to partake of something and said no… but in either case Toni became a threat. That is the reason why she was “drugged”at Chrome and told to “gather yourself” by Ficken…May’s buddy orchestrated what happened to Toni.

She was NOT drunk or high on cocaine. She was DRUGGED either at Chrome or by May/Hopkins. May is documented to be there at the QT in his RED CADILLAC, So are at least 3 NKCP SUV’s and not by coincidence! They ALL were there to make sure Toni was no longer a liability to their “network”…Ficken, Kimmel, Romine and especially FBI boy Major Kevin Freeman who was a major player in all of this and they all knew May and worked with him to deal with Toni Anderson.

Alonzo Washington/KC Crime Fighter knows this. KCPD cops know this. The FBI knows this. Comey knew this. This is why Forte “retired”…he knew this too as well as former FBI Special Agent in Charge in KC..Eric Jackson. THEY ALL KNEW THIS.

When they make the announcement…Toni Anderson’s COD…AKA cause of death will be “drowning with drugs in system”… that is their only OUT! She was abducted…taken to NKCPD Ficken’s house in Parkville right near the “boat ramp” and with the help of his fellow animals in blue like Freeman (See blog on) …they …held…raped…and then murdered her by “drowning” and then put in her car…END OF STORY!

False evidence

False evidence, fabricated evidence, forged evidence or tainted evidence is information created or obtained illegally, to sway the verdict in a court case. Falsified evidence could be created by either side in a case (including the police/prosecution in a criminal case), or by someone sympathetic to either side. Parallel construction is a form of false evidence in which the evidence is truthful but its origins are untruthfully described, at times in order to avoid evidence being excluded as inadmissible due to unlawful means of procurement such as an unlawful search.

KCPD Police Chief Darryl Forté is guilty of violating KC Code of Ethics and Police Criminal Conduct as defined by the Department of Justice

“There is an issue with too many African-American men being killed by police officers,” Forté said.

But he said not one word about “European American Toni Anderson being killed by ROGUE NKCPD cops”. Neither did his African American KC FBI Special Agent In Charge of the local FED cover-up and complicit in Toni’s Eric Jackson and neither did his boss FBI Director James Comey who gave the order to the KC FBI office to say nothing…do nothing….”stand down” and ignore or lose your job.

Forté did go out of his way to attend the funerals of those killed in KCMO but did not attend any service for Toni. He is a law breaker among his own officers stating that obeying the law “it doesn’t matter” and has been taken to task by the head of the Kansas City Kansas Fraternal Order of Police (Read Letter) bringing up the “race” issue i.e. African Americans killed by cops.  He also was “on duty” when the City lost 1.5 million in a law suit.

Under Forté’s command…not one piece of information was released by the KCPD that would of helped Toni’s family and friends find her even though she was just “MISSING” and “NO FOUL PLAY”. Not one dash cam, not the GPS, cell phone or Quick Trip video from the days of exposing the KCPD lie that Toni in fact has been stopped by NKCPD.

Even in that announcement AFTER 3 DAYS there was a built in lie with the first stop being by “one officer” when in RECORDED WITH A DISPATCHER that there were TWO COPS in the SUV that first stopped her and recorded to be seen following her out. Right Forté?

Forté with the collaborative support of the FBI has used two major “lock down information” phrases to withhold any and all information that would point to the TWO NKCPD rogue cops.

1. “Ongoing Investigation
2. “Missouri Sunshine law

The use of “Ongoing Investigation” is a dichotomy of legal logic when connected to the beginning of Toni missing with no signs of foul play and not one suspect connected to her disappearance to when she was found in her car dead as a result of “no foul play” i.e. “no signs of trauma, no signs of a struggle”with her clothes on other then the obvious “pointed out bruise on her knee” which implied Toni knocked out her GPS at the QT and then left.

If Toni was ONLY missing and no foul play Forté, then why did you not release that information?

Answer…you Forté knew for a fact knew along with the FBI that the the FOUL PLAY was Toni being murdered by TWO OF YOUR BROTHERS!

If NOT…then release any and all information from the GPS, DASH CAMS, CELL PHONE PING AND CALL RECORDS DURING THEIR SHIFT AND AFTER FOR 3 DAYS!

Otherwise Forté, you are guilty of violating the civil rights of Toni Anderson right up to her MURDER and in fact are an accessory to her murder!

So when she was found and not by KCPD who did not want her found and lied that had searched that SAME SPOT …you and the FBI immediately came up with the next series of  unsubstantiated statements about Toni when she was found Toni which you shared with the Andersons and which they parroted…including “making arrangements for her funeral” AKA NO SECOND AUTOPSY AND CREMATION WHICH YOU FORTE AND THE FBI DID NOT WANT!

“The Kansas City Police Department told FOX 4 they have not found evidence to suggest foul play was involved.

“They have indicated to us that they viewed the condition of the body. There was no physical trauma, no sign of struggle, nothing to indicate any violence or foul play involved with that,” Brian told FOX 4 News.

Toni’s father said the mounting evidence leaves little hope that his 20-year-old daughter will ever return home.

“They said based on clothing, from what we understand, they have encouraged us to begin making arrangements at this point.”

Grief-stricken at the likely outcome, Brian is taking some small amount of solace that investigators do not believe foul play was involved.

“We appreciate all the things you have done and all the other folks out there. It’s not the outcome we wanted. It sounds like there was no violence. It sounds like it was simply a car accident. That can give us some peace.”

Meanwhile back in the ‘Lodge”…the KCPD/FBI maintains the use of the “Missouri Sunshine Law”  while BREAKING the Missouri Sunshine Law. The Attorney’s on the KCPD PCB have ignored this which makes them both complicit and guilty criminally speaking by being on the board and not telling Forté that he  and the KCPD are guilty of criminally violating this law. There is NO REASON to withhold the information requested nor was there ever. The petition by Pete Sanchez should have been hornored when presented but it was ignored..

Missouri’s Sunshine Law states that the government has three days to produce records after a request is made —  unless there’s a good reason they can’t.

So tell me Forte and FBI…what is the REASONABLE CAUSE NOW? There is none and you know it because you know who Toni Anderson’s murderers are!

So what I am seeing is KCPD Chief Forté being paid $500,000 to keep silent about the murder of Toni Anderson and approved by the Board of Police Commissioners below with some being prominent citizens of Kansas City who are major power attorney’s no less! Are you surprised? I am not…in the least!

	Commissioner Alvin Brooks, Vice President Alvin Brooks was appointed by Governor Jay Nixon in 2010. Brooks was elected to the Kansas City Council in 1999 and 2003. During his tenure on the Council, he served as Mayor Pro Tem and chaired numerous committees, including the Public Safety Committee. He was Kansas City’s assistant city manager from 1984 to 1991. He helped found Kansas City’s Ad Hoc Group Against Crime and served as the organization’s president and CEO from 1991 to 2000. In 1989, he was appointed by President George H.W. Bush to serve on the President’s National Drug Advisory Council. He also was a Kansas City Police officer and detective from 1954 to 1964. 	Commissioner Michael Rader, Member Michael Rader was appointed by Governor Nixon and was sworn in on May 10, 2013. He is a partner with the law firm of Bartimus, Frickleton, Robertson & Gorny, P.C.
