Stewart who was almost murdered at the hands of NKCPD cops Bill Ficken, Christopher Kimmel, and Patrick Romine with this case pending. Included in this law suit is the known and premeditated fact that NKC and it’s lawyers want Stewart murdered knowing that then as a cop going to jail he will end up dead which means they won’t have to pay out on a 2.7 million dollar law suit.

North Kansas City Government and North Kansas City Police Department settled on this NKCPD police brutality law suit. The attorney for the brutal cops was David Baker who is paid from Harrah’s North Kansas City revenue monies.
North Kansas City Hospital below attorneys are representing the named rogue NKCPD thug cops in the Michael S. Stewart case including Bill Ficken. Stewart is a former Police Chief and officer. Harrah’s of North Kansas City, the North Kansas City Hospital are paying the named attorneys who are representing the named rogue cops out of Harrah’s revenues who brutalized Stewart. Ficken is named along with Romine and Kimmel. NKCH refuses to release the video’s of Michael S. “Michael S. Stewart of Parkville, Mo., filed a personal injury suit against individuals from the three departments on Monday, August 8. In the suit, Stewart and his wife, Jennifer Stewart, seek damages in excess of $2.7 million stemming from alleged incidents in August of 2014.
The suit alleges three separate counts of excessive force, two counts of failure to protect constitutional rights, and individual counts of wrongful arrest and conspiracy. Additionally, the suit alleges the loss of consortium on the part of Jennifer Stewart.
Those locally named as defendants in the suit include David Speiser and John Wilson, then of the Lathrop Police Department, Deputies John Patterson and Jeffery Parton of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department, and William Neil and Sheriff Porter Hensen of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department. Speiser also worked at the time for the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department. Two defendants from the North Kansas City Police Department – Christopher Kimmel and an unnamed shift sergeant (his name is Romine) are named in the lawsuit, as is Gary Ficken, Jr., a security officer at North Kansas City Hospital.”

Below is information about a known pedophile named James Green who is but one of 6 employees hired by NKC School District, all male, busted on sex charges with under-age students in the last thirteen months in this one suburban school district. At least five of those employees were arrested. The reporting on the sixth was too sketchy to determine. Four of the interactions were heterosexual, two homosexual.
In the same week Green was arrested, a campus supervisor at a high school in the North Kansas City District was charged with sending messages of a sexual nature to two female students, one fourteen and one fifteen. His was one of three cases at that same suburban school. In January 2017, the principal was arrested for having sex with students twenty years prior, and in August 2016 the band director was dismissed for sending sexual texts to students.
